I rarely go to Pita Pit but decided to stop by for a grilled caesar wrap. The cashier notified me that they had daily specials and pointed me to the promos on the wall. At which point I saw the other sign stating that if you ordered a regular pita and were a student from either school, you would be eligible to get a can of pop, bag of chips or cookies. I asked about the student promo to which the cashier notified me that I wouldn’t be able to apply both but none of the pages stated that. The owner overheard our conversation and immediately he told me that they would update the promos but he was happy to rectify the situation. Aside from this misunderstanding, the staff was super helpful, the wrap was delicious and they do not skimp on veggies or meat. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

I go in to this location fairly often as I am a student near by and I usually have a great experience. The staff are always polite and pay close attention to the food (which has not changed even in my most recent experience). However, as a comment mentioned before me my pita did taste like green peppers (which I have strong sensitivities too; but as I mentioned before I had never had to be concerned before because of the great service) and I ordered a smoothie for the first time and it was unfortunately terrible. It was a banana and strawberry smoothie that came to me in a completely liquid state (as if no yogurt was used at all) and tasted only like pineapple juice (which I know is used to make it but that is all it tasted like). I ended up throwing it out because none of my classmates wanted it (understandably so).

Not very good service/poor customer experience. Lots of times you have to wait by the counter for several minutes before a person will even come out of the back to take your order. Sometimes they ask you if you want mushrooms, onions and peppers on the grill, but sometimes they do not! Should invest in training your employees so they know what the policy is and can provide a consistent customer experience. Food is okay, service is highly lacking!!!

Very Very bad management. Can’t imagine I need to wait for nearly 30 minutes after the order is placed in such a fast food restaurant. If you cannot, do not receive so much order. If you still cannot, shut down the store. Disgusting and waste of time

Wow amazing experience, I tried the best pita in town.. Under new management owner himself was very friendly to serve food.. Love to visit again..

Looked like the server only changed one glove before handling my pita. Grilled it and pulled a spatula from under the griller to remove it. The counter area under the griller where it was sitting looked filthy.

I went to pita pit today afternoon around 1:20pm, and the experience was really bad. When I went to ask for survey card for giving feedback, owner started yelling on me infront of 2 customers and really been rude. This is not the way owners should behave to customers. Worst experience of pita pit till now.

Tasty and very healthy pita! The staff is very professional soft spoken.

This is a busy location but they are extremely efficient and get orders made quick.

Tried to order my food from here and they told me I had to pay first which is not a problem but there wasn’t even a list of toppings on the side for me to look at ??!! How can I pay without knowing what I want on my wrap. This method made no sense… They are very unorganized and don’t know what they are doing. I use to love going to this location. Its clear that they are under new management and need help !!!

Inside Jackson Square Mall, this little gem can be found. Made to order from fresh ingredients and can't be a better heath food! I especially like their Pita bowls that is really a custom made salad complete with your chice of meat. All at a reasonable price.

The pita was excellent. However, it fell apart due to all the rips in it. The person who made it didn't seem to care, never smiled once, and was very abrupt. Don't think I'll visit again..

Pro: I just wanted to share my experience today at this location. I saw the Halal sign and wanted to try the chicken shawarma. This amazing staff member his name is (TUSHAR) assisted me with my order. Tushar was very outgoing, friendly, and resourceful. I got to many different locations to see how the customer service is and leave honest reviews. Cons: I ordered a regular feetlong but they gave me a small pita bread. I spoke to the staff afterwards but they reassured that this issue with their contractors will be resolved soon. Hopefully, next time my experience will be a 5 star.

Fresh and Healthy as they say. Wide variety of options for those to grab and go. The pita is just amazing on how they make it, as because the veggies along side don’t pop out of the sandwich and you can enjoy it whole without getting your hands dirty. The owner and staff are warm welcoming, as well as they keep the premises clean encouraging customers service.

I love getting their rice bowls add what ever you want on top so delicious 😋

Used to like this location. Then I watched them put onions on the grill with my bacon and told them I never asked for it. I thought they had started new bacon, but they didn't. They gave me the meat with onions, thereby ruining my meal. Minor complaint, to be sure, but still just indicative of them not caring about the customer.

Since there have been new owners (Raj) I feel the veggies look so much more fresh. The lettuce is never brown and the area around the produce is spotless. Raj's outgoing attitude is infectious. He always gets us to try something new and today he gave us a mango, pineapple banana smoothie to try. It tasted so good and so fresh. The buffalo chicken pita was excellent and the staff is very accommodating in adding whatever ingredients to your pita. If you haven't been here since the new owners took over try it again its excellent and you will notice a difference. I even find the dining area to be cleaner than the previous owners.
