I find the spicy chicken burger did not live up to its reputation. Nice and little store front, chicken tasted a little bit dry. Wedge is a bit salty although I asked half seasoning. Just slightly better than KFC but on par with Popeye's.

It's been a while since I last had Mary Browns, this has to be some of the tastiest chicken, better than KFC or Pop eyes that is for sure. I love the big mary spicy sandwich and the Nashville taters. Not greasy and very tasty. It is a little on the pricy end but the quality is definitely there.

I have to say I really love the crispy taste they made and the service they offered. Chicken’s twice bigger than what I expect. omg $30 is enough for 2 people and now I get a lot of lunch tomorrow lol

Service has always been good at this location. The chicken tastes like u made it at home I like the spicy chicken, it’s actually spicy unlike the one at Wendy’s. I hope they don’t change how spicy it is. It would be nice if they offer extra spicy so that the whole chicken is covered in spice. The team at this location keep it nice and tidy.

I wish I could give it a 10 star. The food was amazing and the staff demonstrated the prime example of customer service with going above and beyond the ensure I had a great experience. Even with my kid feeling ill she went out of her way to ensure my kid was okay and feeling well. Thank you again for everything. 10/10.

Mary Brown’s was very good. I ordered ahead and everything was hot & fresh. Chicken was excellent, especially the Honey BBQ kind, coleslaw, gravy and biscuits also awesome. The taters were just ok, kind of bland, expected more since they are in the name of the restaurant, but I still ate them all. I would probably get fries next time instead. Staff was also very friendly and service was good.

Food here is usually good, but today the fries for my to-go was stale and they forgot my salad and burger so I only received half my order. I understand it's Saturday night but please double check your bags Mary browns! Disappointed.

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken, with taters gravy and a popcorn chicken kids meal. Had to wait as they told me they were cooking fresh chicken. Got home and planned on enjoying my meal with the family as take out was our preference on new years eve. When I opened the boxes, I was disgusted. Chicken was not cooked, batter covering the meat was soggy and popcorn chicken was overcooked. Had to subsequently order takeout somewhere else because they were closed. I will be definitely going back on Monday when they reopen for a refund. Very disappointing.

I went there the other night order two sidekicks with extra spicy mayo and cheese and got my food and found there was no cheese inside and even there wasn’t enough mayo as I asked. I drove back again and told the Cashier and she made the order again and look this is what I found out there were three black spots on the tender . That’s looked disgusting to me and Didn’t even eat .

If you ever want to experience an above and beyond kind of service, meet navpreet at this location. Absolutely phenomenal at her job, went above and beyond to help me figure out dispute with my Uber order, while handling the drive through window, other deliveries and take out orders. Whenever I am going to feel like having a hood chicken sandwich this is going to be my go to place forever. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I do love Mary Brown's and have one right down the street from my house. However, I always drive 10 KM to the one on Centennial Parkway. Their service can't be beat. I'm a bus drive drove some of the staff home. Remember whenever you are in uniform, everyone you meet is a customer. They seem to never forget that. Great Job Folks!!!!!!

The service I got from this place is first class! Rajbir who was working at the cash informed me that my order would take about 15 minutes. The waiting time did not bother me since she was very accomodating to all my questions and recommended the best deal for the value I am paying for. I normally just write reviews for bad experiences but I made an exception and took the effort to write one for this above and beyond experience. Good job Rajbir and keep it up. My father & I visited the Centennial parkway location in Hamilton. Nice cute and very clean. Love the display of potatoes. We were served by Navpreet, she is beyond friendly, very helpful , and most patient. She is also a very efficient worker. Great communication between her and her cooks. She is busy..very busy but does it with grace. We loved tje food. I've bee. To Mary browns many times. This was my father's first. He was amazed with the quality of the food as was I. Great tasting. Great looking. And Navpreet was able to provide us table service with her great smile and super amazing manor. We will continue to come here for a long time to come. Thank you fro. My father and I to Navpreet and her Mary Browns team. By the way. I've worked in hospitality for 25 years. ..fine dining.. but I still know what greatness is and she has it!

Amazing employees. Always so nice to my son. I’ve always gone to this location. Since 2 have opened on the Hamilton, Mountain, I’ve tried both of them, and nothing compares to the one on Centennial Parkway. I drive all the way from stone church to go down the mountain to get chicken from that specific location after the horrible experiences I’ve had at the new ones on the mountain. I know when I go down the mountain to Centennial Parkway. I am going to get the best chicken in Hamilton, I’m going to be served by fantastic employees that treat their customers extremely well and my money will be well spent. I am very happy to support this location. The owner should be proud of the employees that serve the customers.
