My kids absolutely love this place! Alena is the best coach you can ask for, my daughter adores her. The facility is always clean and I feel very safe having my kids here. I wouldn't want my kids going anywhere else. I highly recommend Passion To Fitness!

The staff are fantastic, the kids have a great time it's all in a super safe environment! Support a local business that's dedicated to your kids! I can't say enough about them and above all?!! IT'S FUN!

Staff / teachers are kind and friendly. The equipment is in good shape and clean, and there is more than enough to occupy the students. Price is decent $$, less expensive than most gymnastics. My daughter's are excited to learn more. Negatives: only street parking is available It's in a basement. Very skinny staircase, barely fits two people, and sitting area for parents is very small. Despite the small area my children are very happy with the lessons 😊

Great birthday party! We had our daughter's 5th birthday here over the weekend, and the kids had A-blast! Alena Had the space decorated beautifully when we got there, so all we had to do is set our food up and let the kids go to town!

My kids love gymnastics. This place has a nice space with good equipment. Instructors are very nice and friendly. Down side- their classes have to many kids with only 1 instructor. The instructor only has a couple min to teach each child something. Some kids are left behind.

We had a birthday party here for our 3 year old. They shared that they hadn’t done a birthday for a child this young but would be willing to do an “open gym” style as long as parents stay present (which at 3 years old they always do anyway). I can’t say enough about how well this worked. We had 9 kids and they PLAYED HARD!!! Our coach Julia set it up perfectly for toddlers and they had a blast. All the parents commented how well it worked. After 1 hour 15 minutes of play time, we moved to the party room which was set up and decorated by the Centre. We had that for 45 minutes which was plenty of time for cake and snacks. I would HIGHLY recommend this for a toddler birthday party. Please note there is no on site parking. It is helpful for guests to know that in advance. There is plenty of street parking and some nearby lots that’s are free on weekends. The building is not the nicest from the outside but I promise that doesn’t matter and the inside is perfect. 2 pieces of feedback for the Centre: getting the waivers completed electronically is a bit of a hassle because most parents do not have their child’s friends parents email addresses. This results in many back and forth texts with parents so I think it would be much simpler to complete them on paper when the families arrive. One other thing is consider allowing the birthday family in 30 minutes ahead of the party. It was a bit stressful trying to get everything (food, etc) set up in 20 minutes. Thank you Passion to Fitness for a great party!!!! We had a blast and will recommend you to other families.

Great Safe Environment for Kids. All facilities are clean and COVID protocol is in place all the time. Coaches are very attentive to all kids needs, you can feel personal approach to every member! This is Just an amazing place to learn about gymnastics. I would like to add that Alena is very honest owner, she is always available to answer your questions. She treats everyone equally and kids just adore her. Highly recommend this Place!

The class seems a little erratic. Some kids get attention while others are basically on their own. In my opinion, each child should get some instruction from teachers in order to progress.

Both of my kids attended a week of summer camp this summer and loved it! So I signed them up for a tumble and a ninja tumble class. Both have been having a great year and I am so impressed by the professionalism, discipline and kindness that all the instructors have given my kids. I outlined some goals that my daughter has for this year to complement some other activities she is involved in and Alena has been working with her in private lessons which in my mind has been worth every penny! Such a great gym in Hamilton!

After visiting many gymnastic clubs, basically auditioning many coaches it was easy to select Alena and Passion To Fitness to train our girls. Her welcoming demeanour, her attention to detail and correction, her commitment to our girls success was beyond reproach. We watched our competitive gymnast master skills quickly while taking some one on one private lessons with Alena, Alena is always challenging the girls to do better in a fun and positive way. In such a clean, positive, safe and friendly environment our girls were able to gain strength, coordination, confidence and respect. Thanks so much Alena/Passion To Fitness for aiding in the growth of our girls at such a critical age. Very highly recommended.
