I was very happy with their custom design, and their customer service throughout the entire process was amazing. The best experience I've ever had shopping for an engagement ring. The guys were extremely knowledgeable and created a custom ring that my fiancee loved. Don't hesitate to give them a chance to create a perfect piece.

Have been shopping at Ron's off and on for maybe 28 years, never had a problem. Ron and his staff are very good at what they do. They never push expensive jewelry on you, the repairs are done well. My dog bite through the side of my ring while we were playing and destroyed the one side of the ring. Ron rebuilt the side back up and now you cant tell one side from the other. It was all scrolled so not an easy fix. Thanks Ron.

Purchased my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from RnR and it was the most pleasant experience. Within 3 months of getting my engagement ring, a diamond fell out. I went back and had to pay $110 to have it replaced even though it was bad craftsmanship that caused it. I thought that would be the end of it. Flash forward to now, the diamond has once again fallen out, only 5 months later. Please do not buy from here, it will only lead to disappointment. These people have zero passion and are all miserable. The son that sold me this ring is the only decent person there, he is patient and listens to the customer. The dad and everyone else are the worst. If you feel like being judged, blankly stared at and talked over, go here. Way to ruin an engagement experience. I’m selling this ring and wishing you all the worst.

I bought a promise ring for my girlfriend at R&R and the experience was wonderful. Eric was extremely helpful and professional. I told him my budget and he gave me great options and did not try to pressure me into spending more like all of the other jewellers I visited in hamilton did.
