Very
poor
communication
by
staff
unless
they
want
you
to
spend
your
money.
I
lost
something
from
my
pocket
during
my
massage.
I
called
shortly
afterwards
to
see
if
it
was
found
and
the
person
who
answered
the
phone
told
me
they’d
check
in
an
hour
and
call
me
back,
but
didn’t
bother
to
ask
my
name
or
phone
number.
No
one
called
me
back.
I
called
later
in
the
day
and
spoke
to
another
person
who
told
me
they
would
look
and
also
didn’t
take
any
information
from
me,
and
I
had
to
struggle
to
keep
them
on
the
phone
long
enough
to
give
them
my
name.
No
one
called
me
back.
I
called
the
following
day
and
left
a
detailed
voicemail
and
requested
that
someone
call
me
back.
No
one
called
me
back.
Within
24
hours
of
my
next
appointment
I
received
3
emails
and
a
phone
call
to
remind
me.
If
they
want
your
money,
it’s
hard
to
get
them
to
stop
calling
and
emailing,
however
if
you
need
something
then
you
are
ghosted.
This
isn’t
a
way
that
someone
should
be
running
a
business.
Whatever
happened
to
customer
service
and
people
helping
people?
Unfortunately,
I
cannot
recommend
that
people
use
this
location.
There
are
lots
of
great
massage
therapists
in
the
city
that
have
passion
and
compassion
-
this
is
not
one
of
those
places.
EDIT:
I
spoke
to
the
franchise
owner
who
spent
most
of
the
time
complaining
to
me
how
it’s
“hard
to
find
good
help
these
days”
and
then
told
me
that
they
were
going
to
fire
the
receptionist.
Not
very
professional
to
be
discussing
that
with
a
customer
before
it’s
been
discussed
with
the
employee.
Speaking
with
the
franchise
owner
only
worsened
the
situation
and
the
concerns
for
this
clinic.
