Love coming here. The place is beautiful, great atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming. Jacqueline is very informative, gives you everything you need to know about your treatment plan. She is very personable and cares about her clients. Goes over everything thoroughly and professionally and will not do something if you do not need it(like other places would just to make money) I would recommend fourth Ave to anyone!

This review is sooooo long overdue! I have been seeing Jacqueline for roughly 3-4 years now and I will never go see anyone else again. Jacqueline is outstanding with educating her clients and providing the utmost professional service without making you feel like you have to hurry out for the next appointment. She is always available for follow up questions or concerns which really shows she cares about the clients and the work she does. 5 Stars is the best I can rate here but she is above that.

Jacqueline is extremely professional. She truly cares about your health and safety. I was told adverse side effects to watch for and was given her immediate contact number if any reactions to the treatment. I was left with an eye droop from another place a few years ago and Jacqueline was the only one who was able to correct it. The actual spa is clean and decorated so beautifully adding to your personal comfort and safety. I highly recommend Fourth Avenue.

My experience was nothing less than great. The receptionist was prompt calling back and my answering calls. This clinic has been the best for me in regards to communication and easy booking etc.The clinic was clean. The atmosphere was inviting. Jacqueline was my injector and was very warm, charming and patient. I am very grateful that she actually took the time to explain alternative options for my tmj. I originally chose botox but switched to dysport for quicker pain relief. Will definitely be my new spot!
