    The doctors here are amazing. They're very thorough when it comes to diagnosing and treating conditions. They did an excellent job sharing information in a professional, reassuring, and informative manner. The first time I went there I was seen almost right away (great from a walk in clinic perspective). The second time there was a 2 hour wait but they did their best to dilligently see patients. The receptionists also did a great job. Overall, I felt comfortable coming here and it will be my go to walk in. Please keep up the good work, it's much appreciated :)

    This place runs like a business more than a clinic. They accept the bare minimum patients and even though their hours close they stop accepting patients at 1PM, even when it’s not busy. It’s ridiculous. I don’t even know how they’re still running. Ever since I was a kid, this has been the worst place to go with the worst service.

    Came there today, the 2 medical receptionist was so rude, very bad costumer service, arguing with patients. We've been seeing Dr Hanna for almost 10 years, we'vr never had a problem with the receptionist until now. The other lady who used to sit in the front was amazing, until they changed her with these two new girls who don't know how to have good customer service. Either have them trained or look for new medical receptionist. They're making the image of the clinic look really bad since they're the front desks. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE FRONT DESK, NOT FOR DR HANNA, HE'S THE BEST DOCTOR MY FAMILY HAD EVER SEEN HERE IN HAMILTON.

    Our experience wasn't as bad compared to the others, but we called in at round 1:30-2pm and we had to wait untilll 4pm? (Side note I did not go with my family, this review is based on what they informed me about) and my family still had to wait outside for about 10-15 minutes (it was around 25-29 C outside at the time, very humid too) and as I'm writing this my grandfather is on the phone right now and they said something about waiting until September?? It's July.. I mean, the phone people are nice?

    What kind of doctor tells you to go to emergency for a ear flush. Useless doctor just there to charge ohip. On top of that bring $1for a mask. The clown there today shouldn't have a doctor's license

    One of the worst clinic ever seen . Their receptionist need to change as they make things more worst . No queue management , no ethics. I was here and what I could see 3 patients in wait including me and it took 4 hrs to see. Either they earn so much that they don’t value patients time or they don’t have intention to do buisness . My only advice just avoid this walk in clinic .

    can be a long wait sometimes but it is worth it. dr.Hanna is great and will actually help you. so many grumpy people waiting and complaining but him and front desk staff or wonderful and cheerful. thank you guys. !!!!!

    Worst experience. There were no other patients at all yet the doctor acted like he was busy. Made me wait a bit.Went there after a workplace injury and I needed a sick note. After explaining my concerns about the injury, he asked me whether I have a head injury or not and repeatedly asked me that. Well if I could diagnose myself whether I have that or not, why would I go to a clinic in the first place? Didn’t even fill a sick note and made me pay 75$.

    They refuse to take phone calls. I've been seeing a Dr there for a cpl years and it's actually faster to drive 20mins to the clinic and wait in line for 30mins just to ask if the dr is in because reception is horrible. They could solve so many issues by not putting everyone on hold for an hour at a time and just answering simple questions. Most times ppl just want to ask if a certain dr is in. Instead you sit on hold for upwards of 30mins before being hung up on and having to call back but now someone else is on hold and there is a VM but of course it's always full and will never be cleared because then they would b expected to call ppl back or answer calls. So glad this is my last time I have to come here. Fire the entire reception team and get better ppl in who can multitask and solve actual issues before the clinic is destroyed.

    Over 3 hour wait time for an ultrasound to see my baby and when it was finally my turn the Dr on duty only checked my blood pressure and went on to tell me that I should go to the hospital for an emergency ultrasound since he didn’t know what to do. When I got to the hospital they were confused on why I was sent for an emergency ultrasound since everything was fine with my baby. Never going back to this walk in clinic

    Dr Hanna was a very kind doctor, he helped me with my ear infection. Gave me some antibiotics, and I felt better in just a few days. The receptionists were very polite and took very good care of me. I called earlier to ask a question and they answered me right away and was not put on hold! Overall Queenston Walk In Clinic is a great place to go for your medical questions! 😃

    Absolutely disgusting customer service by the girl who was working here today... We came to the clinic Sunday July 16/23 at 2:30pm tried the door it was locked, a young receptionist was sitting at the desk.. she looked at me signed to me that they were closed... the door, website and phone recording said 4pm She then picked up the phone instead of coming to inform me to why they were closed... we then had to head over to urgent care on king. Definitely will not be using this clinic in the future and I hope the girl working today reads this.. Hope you learn better customer service..

    Worst service Time on website and on door says 9am - 5pm. If you're working on holiday hours have the hours posted. Waited until 1030 no doctor has arrived. Go elsewhere.
