Completely and thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with the incredibly terrible customer service. Wasn't told I had to be a member to get tye free sub I was owed. Store refused to assist me. Wouldn't recommend this Mr Sub to anyone for any reason. Their staff and owner are utterly incompetent and they treat their customers with disrespect and rudeness. Eat there at your own risk

Redeemed a free birthday sub here. This was my first time having Mr Sub instead of Subway! The lady working was very friendly and was generous with the toppings in my turkey sandwich! Everything was fresh and tasted great together, I enjoyed the Sub 68 sauce which I also got extra on the side.

New owner Krupali is doing a great job at bringing making Mr. Sub Main West great again. I have been coming here for 15yrs and seen the franchise change hands many times. She is really focusing on quality control and customer retention and it is a great experience again. Sandwiches and toppings on point again! Good to see.

Terrible food and service. We had to tell the person working there that Chicken Parm should have Parm. cheese and tomato sauce. She didn't believe us, had to check her procedures and she still didn't believe us until the other person working told her. Tasted terrible. She still got the breads wrong. There are so many wonderful options on Main West! Skip this place!!

Great subs! But just lack of staff members. Every time we go there’s only one working. I feel bad for the one person working because they feel overwhelmed with customers waiting and orders waiting from Uber eats, skip etc. I feel like there should be at least 2 people working so it balance out the work load from walk ins customers and delivery orders.

Ordered 4 large subs for pickup. Order was ready when I arrived. Simple pickup. Disappointing that for 4 large subs, for 4 people I was given a total of 2 napkins. So half a napkin per person per sub. Maybe an appropriate amount of napkins next time. Subs were good, speed of service also good. But the experience overall is not 5 star.

Awesome Food; Fab Staff; Lovely Atmosphere - The combo of 3 great things that you will find at this location. Got a chance to visit today on my way to Mac Master. They served us the Subs made from freshly baked bread with great memorable taste. Their service is truly awesome, and maintains the high levels of hygiene and professionalism. I truly recommend to stop-by this Mr. sub location.

Disappointed. First Mr sub I've been to that really skimps on the amount of seafood placed in their seafood sub. Barely taste it.

There were a lot of grumpy people in there waiting for food because there was only one overworked employee. She was super amazing and I wish I could have went behind the counter to help her. I don’t know her name but she’s a superstar. Whomever is working right now at the mr sub by the hospital in Hamilton 11-11-2023 1:12pm . You are a rockstar. But shame on you mr sub for her working alone on a busy Saturday. Did other employees call in sick?

One of my favorite places to go for food near mcmaster, staff are friendly and the subs are good tasting and filling, without making me feel gross from eating greasy takeout. Here's to hoping the student discount comes back🤞!
