On the outside it looks great. and it does have good grounds and landscape but it really lacks services. The pool water is warm and not inviting at all, the beach is useless, there is no room service and they do not seem to know their customers. It is unlikely for me to return here. Did not feel welcome at all

Mr sabry in the reception is so decent and professional ,they arrange the room and make it with flowers when they know we are in our Honeymoon, the servic is amazing

This hotel is pretty dated. It has a central beachfront location in Port El Kantaoui. The air con is not cold enough. The receptionist did not speak English as most of the guests are French. The rooms need updating, e.g., for modern key card. Breakfast is continental/Tunisian, and is quite ok. The bedrooms have two twin beds, not king beds. The fountain pictured on Google doesn't operate. Overall a hotel in need of investment. I would not recommend it, though it is ok.

Although the hotel design is dated and showing its age, what the hotel lacks in design it certainly makes up for in cleanliness and service. The rooms are spotlessly clean. In fact the whole hotel is truly clinically clean. The staff are very polite and helpful and attentive to one's needs. Breakfast is truly freshly prepared {unlike many other hotels } with a good selection of continental and local choices. Beautiful enormous outdoor pool and well kept gardens full of jasmine with its distinctive scent. Parking on site. So overall a very positive experience indeed.

For a Four Stars Hotel it is good , Kind Staff , Good Breakfast , a very quiet spot to relax and chill . Burkini not authorized in the pool ! Mosquitos and flies in the room ! A lot of Aunts will come if you let some food in the room The bed according to my reservation would be " chosen by the property " , and even they have seen a couple , they offred us two beds !

Perfect for a vacation very relaxing the staff is super nice the rooms cosy and clean The food is also not bad chill music evenings i enjoyed my stay in it highly recommend this hotel for people who want to rest and relax

We went to Sousse late on August 2023 and stayed in Hasdrubal hotel. The hotel is quite and calm, perfect for relaxation vacations. Even though it's very well located, in the very center of El Kantaoui hood nearby the port. The hotel offers spa services, has a private beach and 4 pools. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

I just spent a fabulous week at this hotel and it was SO nice and relaxing. With such attention to detail the staff make you feel welcome and special in every way😌 Both the food and thalasso are exceptional. I definitely hope to go back 😍

The hotel itself is not new and some of the decor is dated, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are warm. The pool area is lovely and the beach has lovely fine sand. Good food in the à la carte restaurant and the BBQ resto.

Very nice place to stay on summer or any time. Staff sympathy, comfort and all thalassa & spa options to enjoy. Near of many fun options and 2,7 Km from the Hard Rock Café. I recommend for everybody who wants to have good-times to come discover Tunisia beach and Sahara desert.

Great hotel, loads of facilities. Perfect for family hols, couples or friends. Stayed for 4 nights and was comfortable. Only thing would be language barrier, learn French it might just help
