Located a 3-minute walk from the National Police Hospital Station on Line 3. There are many restaurants around and there are places where you can have a quick drink. A 24-hour Chinese restaurant across the street (Jjamppong is not that good, but shrimp skewers are great) Next to the right is a Bossam restaurant (seems to be famous, with many people waiting in the evening) On the left is a 24-hour Korean restaurant, etc. It was nice because there were many amenities. It looks like it just opened and is quite clean. The first floor lobby staff are also friendly. Since it was on the 8th floor, I didn't feel much noise outside. It is good value for money as it is booked through Agoda for around 70,000 won. Cons: The furniture didn't feel luxurious, but the price was good so it was okay, but the bed was too soft so it was difficult. The overall atmosphere feels more like a motel than a hotel, and as you can see in many reviews, the rooms are a bit narrow. Still, it's a good value for money place in Songpa-gu~~~

boutique hotel XYM is similar to Japanese small business hotel. I booked here about ￦70,000/night that is not reasonable. advantages : Good access from thr Police hospital station. Room was modernized design. Can buy beer and snack from the lobby. Netflix can use by free of charge Disadvantages: Too small room and Toilet, Pillow, elevator Tower car park system. Water temperature control was bad.

I booked a standard room, but it was quite small. The soundproofing and cleanliness were very good. The staff was also friendly. The only room size was a little disappointing.

It's cheap and clean. The room I stayed in was a bit narrow. It's good for just sleeping.

Room: two double beds, single bed, two cannot sleep. Shower room, the shower can be seen as a silhouette from the bed. Service: Customer service is just... at the level of an inn. (I paid cash over the phone, made a reservation, and went on a family outing to Seoul.) I asked about the soundproofing above and below, and they took that into account. Location: On the outskirts of Seoul. A place similar to a regular neighborhood in the countryside.

Used as accommodation for attending Electrical Association training The distance from the accommodation to the Electric Association is about 5-6 minutes on foot. Lots of restaurants nearby 3-4 minutes walk from Subway Police Hospital Station

The space inside is quite stylish, clean and nice. The size was decent and I think it was designed for couples since the tub was in the open. The toilet area also was separated by frosted glass so people can see your shadow while going to the bathroom. Since its glass there's also no sound blocking so...I'll leave that to your imagination. Though the front desk struggled with english they were accommodating and tried to a good extent. The only issues I had was 1) the tub shifting and not actually set into the ground, 2) there were 2 days out of the 7 we stayed where they only gave us small towels (maybe the ran out? Not sure), and 3) the neighboring room had a group that sounded like they were very drunk or very high screaming at night towards midnight. All in all, I had a pleasant weeklong stay at this hotel.

There is no parking and the room and bathroom are very narrow.
