Hotel
itself

great,
but
the
hotel
service
and
food
quality
is
far
from
par.
Stayed
two
nights
here,
the
first
night
we
were
served
dinner
by
a
young
girl
with
short
hair
who
speaks
zero
English,
not
even
willing
to
try,
and
just
keep
repeating
the
same
question
over
and
over
again
in
Japanese,
not
only
it's
disturbing,
don't
you
have
at
least
one
staff
who
could
speak
English
in
the
hotel
to
ask
a
questions,
rather
than
keep
repeating
the
question
in
Japanese?
The
main
beef
dish
in
the
dinner
was
simply
too
sour
and
a
not
up
to
par
western
menu.
On
the
second
night,
we
upgraded
our
menu
with
3300yen
each,
the
dinner
was
much
better..but
then...
What's
wrong
with
the
breakfast?
The
variety
of
food
was
gone,
and
I
was
served
a
pathetic
small
variety
and
amount
of
food
to
start
my
day.
I
asked
them
what
happened
and
they
said
coz
it's
my
second
night
stay,
they
changed
the
menu.
That
was
obviously
a
downgrade.
They
offered
to
change
back
to
the
previous
menu,
and
I
was
there
sitting
30
mins
now,
with
no
one
even
wanted
to
serve
me
a
drink
or
water!
Oh
my
God
this
service
level
is
pathetic
It's
a
hotel
with
good
Hardware
but
terrible
software.
