I have been in better cinemas before. This one isn't even close to them. The staff there was rather rude and the seats weren't nearly as comfortable as in other cinemas. It's good for children and younger kids or when you want to fool around but not when you're on a date or something similar

Great sound this time in Room4. As usual technical difficulties. This time the light didn't turn off during the movie. Update: Actual digital tickets and new premium seats add to a better experience

Such a nice experience, the popcorn combo is HUGE comes with also a huge drink, i could barely finish it and it was such a good price.

Always clean and nice theaters. Even with a long line at the cashiers, they are fast and staff is very nice.

I see a lot of movies here because they're played in English. The parking sure makes watching a movie less stressful too!!! I also like the smaller screening rooms ... Have you ever seen the Taunus Theater in Wiesbaden? It's freaking huge and while I do take my wife and daughter there sometimes I appreciate the more intimate feeling at the Kinopolis.

If you want to buy some coffee or snacks, never buy them in house: you will have to wait 20 minutes. Sales personnel is moving in slow motion. So: buy tickets online and coffee anywhere around. And yes- come at least 15 minutes after scheduled start to skip the advertizing.
