This place was amazing! 2 yoga sessions per day with some meditation, one at 7:30 am and one at 4:30 pm. I am at a beginner level with yoga and was able to keep up with Adam’s yoga classes. What I really liked was that you can push yourself with each yoga pose to make it more advanced, as guided by Adam during each pose. The food was almost all home grown and I have to say it was really top notch. Extremely healthy and filling. I’d strongly recommend doing this if you are thinking about it! Thanks to Adam, Ning and team 🙏🏻

Really great experience. My partner (intermediate yoga) and I (beginner yoga) stayed for 3 nights / 4 days. I was nervous before attending as my yoga is not advanced and I was concerned it might be a bit of a pretentious yoga crowd. However Adam and team have created a really welcoming environment and nice culture, and the group was super friendly and easy going. There is a maximum of around 20 guests, and guests come and go every day, and there are no long term stays, meaning you quickly settle in and so feel one of the “experienced” guests. I found the yoga challenging but also accessible and rewarding. Adam did a great job of catering to relative beginners right up to the very advanced yoga students who were attending. The meditation sessions were also very well done. We stayed at the nearby offsite location as the on-site accommodation was full, but found it very comfortable and an equally beautiful environment to the main site. I’m usually a meat eater but the vegetarian meals provided three times a day by Ning and family were super delicious and left us feeling full. The only minor suggestion for improvement was the coffee (instant only - although there is a nice coffee shop not far away!). :) Overall a truly great experience that we didn’t want to end.

I spent 4 nights there at the beginning of the year. I felt totally relaxed and charged after the stay. Beautiful nature, food with great taste and visually attractive, amazing yoga classes, wonderful people of local and from all over the world. I felt super healthy both physically and mentally. It's certainly an amazing experience that I'll remember for life. I'll recommend to everyone, but a slight reminder for those who never done yoga class that might find it challenging and couldn't fully enjoy.

Had an amazing 3 night stay at True Nature whilst backpacking. Being able to unwind and relax in a beautiful setting with like minded people was exactly what I needed! There are 2x yoga+meditation sessions each day which I believe are suitable for all levels. The food is AMAZING, healthy with big portions. They run daily activities e.g. ice bath and cooking classes. True nature is also very affordable - can't wait to return!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very well organised with the two really enjoyable yoga and meditation sessions a day led by Adam, three amazing meals each day and optional activities in which I had a lovely Thai massage and a great cooking class! Everyone was lovely and it was sociable but also room to have some alone time. I enjoyed reading on my hammock at my bamboo hut. My stay here as inspired me to get into yoga when I get home as I didn’t have much experience when I came here. I wish I could have stayed longer! I would love to come back one day, thank you:)

Can’t recommend this place enough. Beautiful stuff, beautiful location & great yoga. I wasn’t used to doing much yoga before but I felt so comfortable and found it a great challenge. I will 110% go back to this place. Also last thing to add. I am a big meat eater and this place was vegetarian food only. I ate everything that was made and it was literally some of the best food I had in Thailand. Honestly can’t recommend this place anymore Enjoy your stay!

I had a unique and unforgettable experience at True Nature yoga retreat which is a farm surrounded in green gardens. What made it even more special was staying with a Thai family, which made the experience personal and authentic. The yoga teacher, Adam, was a delight and taught two classes a day. He was knowledgeable and made the classes enjoyable. The hospitality of the hosts made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was simple and adequate for our needs. The highlight was the spectacular views from the little balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. The food served was vegetarian, which I was initially hesitant about as I am not a vegetarian. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed every meal. The home-cooked Thai food was delicious and flavorful. Adam and Ning, the hosts, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was the most relaxing and beautiful stay I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this place for a unique and rejuvenating experience.

We had the best time in True Nature! The place & view are astonishing, the bamboo houses are cosy, the team is very caring and the food is delicious. 🫶 The yoga classes are for all levels and you can take additional activities to enjoy your experience even more. Highly recommend! ♥️

Excellent yoga retreat and homestay. Ning and her family were warm and welcoming. Yoga classes were perfect blend of challenge, teaching and restorative with variety of teachers. Food was authentically Thai, plentiful and absolutely delicious. We stayed in a traditional Thai bamboo hut which was charming any comfortable. Mingling with other participants was easy and the cherry on top of this experience. Highly recommend True Nature

Had a very restorative few days at True Nature. Booked the Bamboo House and loved sitting in the huge hammock deck all day reading and watching the butterflies. The food was a highlight, all extremely tasty and healthy, I never felt hungry! The yoga was a perfect intensity, more of a power flow in the morning then a yin/restorative session in the afternoon. We ended each yoga session with about 20 minutes of meditation. Yoga was adaptable for all levels. There is a daily activity which you can opt in/out of, the group collectively decides over dinner what the activity for the next day is. I got to visit a local market and do an ice bath (highly recommend!) My only wish is I could have stayed longer!

Really enjoyed my 4 day stay at true nature. The family who runs it are great, the food amazing and all the yoga sessions were perfect. Lovely setting in the nature to unwind, meet like minded people and practice yoga daily.

We spent 7 days in True Nature and it was an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the yoga and meditation classes, Adam is a great teacher who adapts for all levels and explains very well. And Ning cooks amazing dishes every day ! They keep things simple and have at heart that everybody spends a good time, making everything easy for us so that we have a great experience. The place is easily accessible by minivan, in a quiet place with beautiful garden and lush surroundings. The various accommodations are simple and comfortable. We slept in the Sun Tent, it was cozy with a fan, light and plugs, and our own patio with a hammock, close to the shared bathroom which was very convenient. There are other places around the garden where we can chill and relax. We enjoyed the various extra activities which we could chose from, especially the ice bath, make-your-own-pizza night and trip to the sticky waterfalls. And the dogs and cats were very cute and friendly ! We had a great time and will definitely come back if we visit the north of Thailand again ! Don't hesitate if you want a moment of piece and rest, this is the place !!

I truly had an excellent stay at True Nature, and I highly recommend this place for individuals seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat when choosing to travel dynamically and frequently change locations. My 5 nights here allowed me to recharge before continuing to explore beautiful Thailand. The vegetarian food is excellent, and my off-site room was of very good quality. Feel free to take the time to explore the surroundings by getting lost in the banana fields and other plantations! The yoga and meditation classes are conducted perfectly by Adam. His guidance is both generous and attentive, making it easy to follow a yoga class even though my level is modest. I greatly appreciated the numerous tips provided during meditations to gain more autonomy in the practice. The culture of sharing meals around the table and the offered activities provide an opportunity to create a fun, respectful, and dynamic community spirit. Ultimately, the natural setting is simply wonderful and alone worth the trip. All the elements mentioned above made my stay an enriching experience in every way. Thanks to the entire Nin’s team, Adam, Peter & co Take care
