I've always love Tesco. And will pick them over Big C any day. 😂 there's always a wide selection of fruits and meats in Tesco. The staff is almost always friendly and the price is fair. And they close at 11pm.

Close to a Big C and a Makro, this Lotus can't cut it. More expensive than the other two, this supermarket don't makes the difference. And the Food court, well it's a disaster, hardly anyone... what happen there?

I didn’t believe my own eyes when i found Baťa shoes brand in Thailand! This is my Czechoslovakia home brand!

This place has gone worse over the years. It used to be one of the best hypermarket in Chiang Mai where you can find everything. Got a smelly minced pork once last week. A few cashiers open. Waiting for too long to pay.

Good variety in the grocery store however the food court has many closed booths.

STAY FAR AWAY. Do your shopping a different place. The manager is making up her own rules and don't accept warranties on the product the shop sell. I used over 500 bath in telephone credit and 12 days. I did get a new item after some hours of talking and calling the police, but suddenly the manager took everything out of my hands and said no, you can not do. The thing is she is wrong 🤣 Don't support people who aren't honest.

Some of the 'Fresh Meat' especially chicken is certainly not fresh! BE CAREFUL! This store was so much better under Tesco management.

It was okay. Veggies selection and freshness can better improved. One of the best one stop shop and service. Can get most things done while you are here.

Just bought a bunch of smelly, rotten chicken from them. You would think a large corp. like this could keep track of inventory better.

There is a pharmacy, dairy Queen, Mr DIY, clothes shop, pet shop, shoe shop and many others . There is ample parking including designated space for the disabled, pare ts and child and motor bikes.

Nice Supermarket. Here you get the most you need.

Great place for family. Grocery shopping, play place, Thai massage, food court, clothing, banks. Don't forget to bring your eco bag 🙃

Every item available in best price range , affordable and better quality products. Even every grocery things.

Huge place, has everything but my fave is the food court because of the unobstructed mountain view. Chilled happily with a cup of Arabica coffee, amused by mountain shrouded by mist then reappearing with gusto as sun warmed it.

Good supermarket chain. Most things you need including food, drinks, clothes, homewares and electronics .

Not much in stock, a waste of time going

It's big,It's clean, Great produce maybe more expensive than on the street but they do have consistent high quality. Everything you would expect from a big grocery store.

Nice to walk around the store I and see other people that do not know in the store. You cannot greet them with smiles because you're wearing a mask, but hopefully they know you're smiling. I bought a jump rope oh, actually I brought three jump ropes. You know the old saying 'you can never have enough jump ropes.'

Tesco Lotus department store is visited once a week for my kitchen and bathroom stuff. It’s very convenient to get your shopping pleasant with a shopping list at hand. I’m satisfied with the goods’ price.

I find the quality of things in the Food department here better than the other big box stores in the area but the selection is smaller. Getting in and out of this TL is easy. Unfortunately, I feel rushed at the checkout since they don't have to bag things any more. Bring back the plastic bags!
