Both the staff at the food court and Big C don't know English and you will be ignored or even mocked if you don't know Thai and speak English. Not recommended for foreigners.

Typical Big C layout with many small stalls. Food court at the ground floor. This is an adventure for me to be here cos its kinda far from where I stay. Ground floor kinda dim however the 2nd floor is brightly lit. Huge selection of goods, also sold in bulk as any Big C supercenter. Very convenient for residents of Hang Dong or passerby

Many store close down due to reduction of customer thus there are not a lot of people here. Easy to park indoor. Ideal place to restock.

Nice people, decent shops, supermarket lacking a few things like ginger and organic rice and decent icecream, but otherwise good experience

Hot day, people at Big C busy,, but polite. Enjoy very much when cashier greets you and then thanks you for shopping there.. ONLY problem, has always been the small parking lot. Enjoy the experience.

Huge supermarket where you can find anything at modest prices

While the Big C supercenter in Mueang Chiang Mai offers a great shopping experience, this Big C looks like the black sheep of the Big C family: it offers much less products in a budget atmosphere too far outside town. The only asset being the kids playground with a staff that really cares.

Got most of the essentials for home and garden. Plenty of parking. It's also just convenient for us

A bit disappointing. Not many customers ,a few shops mainly food and drink stalls scattered around the Big C store .
