Why do I even make an appointment if I have to wait 1:15 hours with my child? Update: I was told today that I shouldn't just come in with a sick child. Should I then let my two-year-old child stand alone by the door for 10 minutes? The next announcement was that I had to make an appointment first and that there would be nothing available today. How am I supposed to make an appointment if no one NEVER answers the phone in the practice? Thank you for sending me home with a sick child. I absolutely cannot recommend this practice and will never set foot here again.

I am very dissatisfied with this practice. The toddler has to function like a machine during examinations. There is zero attention paid to the child. Very long waiting times between treatments. The child simply stands half naked in the room for half an hour until a doctor comes. The employees are very rude and sometimes very unfriendly. At the beginning I was very satisfied, but the quality is decreasing more and more and at the expense of the smallest. Very very sad. I'm going to look for a new practice.

Since Dr. Ottweiler stopped practicing, this practice is simply an unreasonable expectation for parents and children. One star is still too many, but unfortunately you have to give one to write a review. I am with my 3 children during Dr. Ottweiler's time always been super satisfied. He was a passionate pediatrician. No matter when you needed him, he was available to parents at any time of the day or night. A big loss that he no longer practices. My daughter now has two children of her own and has to go to this practice out of necessity. But that only works if she gets someone on the phone after calling for dozens of weeks. That's just negligent for me. You don't call for no reason. If I could go back in time, I would immediately bring Dr. Ottweiler back to his practice.

I can't understand the negative reviews here. Remember, Hann. Münden only has this one pediatric and adolescent doctor’s office! There are only 5 days in the week and on Wednesdays and Fridays it is only open half days due to the long working hours on the other days. In particular, Ms. Dr. Stengel can often be seen here on weekends and stays in practice long after closing times. My two sons were always taken care of immediately and, with a few exceptions at peak times and just before holidays or holiday periods, there was always a nice lady on the phone! Truly, there has been more going on since a pediatrician was lost, but this is not the fault of this practice! Hats off to your performance here and thank you for all the good advice on my sons' health and your patience even when appointments and urgencies were forgotten!

Very professional and experienced pediatrist

Actually it doesn't even deserve one star. You don't get an answer to the phone for days and you don't get an answer to emails and therefore no appointments for sick children. What is that? Still just unfriendly behavior towards you and disrespectful communication. If there was finally another option, I would no longer set foot in this practice. All in all, very incompetent practice.

Extremely unacceptable and rude. We had been to Dr Bolze before and were in this practice for a good year. Today my child is sick, and this is the only way you find out that you haven't been a patient there since the beginning of the month. The practice doesn't even need to inform the patients. Not recommendable!

My daughter has been a patient at this practice for 17 years and is rejected because she is “old enough and could now go to the family doctor”. I'm really sorry if the practices are "overloaded", but nobody goes to the doctor for fun. The new staff is super unfriendly, incompetent and there are really no words for how accessible they are. It's a real shame because it used to be a top practice.

Very bad there. You can't get anyone to answer the phone and if someone answers you'll be flagged down. It's just a small thing even though they haven't seen the child. I told my wife there was no appointment available, but when I just went in and showed a photo of my daughter, I immediately got an appointment for an hour later. Had an appointment today and waited another 80 minutes. That is not how it works .I'm really thinking about changing pediatricians
