Really clean. You can really rely on pictures you will find online. Quiet. A bit further from the busy street but still manageable in 5 min by feet. Breakfast buffet is a bit light to me. I would recommend this place to take a rest. I deplored a bit not to have the social warming atmosphere you can find in some other hostel. The common areas are mostly empty, which is why it's also quiet... Also one thing, you can find the bathroom a bit spartiate : the shower is in the same space with the cabinet. Towel are for rent for $1. And lockers are small, just for your most valuables.

The online pictures are maybe when they just opened the hostel, they continue to have the same but now a bit old. The toilets in general are clean but you can see stains in the walls that shows toilets are not very well cleaned on a daily basis. I stayed on a top bunk bed and the access is very hard due to the limited space between beds. The staff was always nice and friendly

One of the nicest hostels I have ever stayed in. Beds are separated by walls for the extra privacy. The design of the place is fabulous. It needs some more cleaning of the dust under the beds though. The bread for breakfast was not too tasty (dry like paper).

One of the best hostels I've ever been. It looks like that they just opened a few weeks ago. The beds are so so comfy and you also have a lot of privacy. It is very clean and the breakfast is also good. The staff is really friendly and they are helping you whenever you need it. I can absolutely recommend this place.

I did not enjoy this hostel at all. I stayed only 2 nights and wish I had left sooner. Both mornings, I was urged to leave the dorm bed so that they could do a cleaning. I understand the need to regularly clean the facility, but I thought it was inappropriate to ask guests to leave their bed before getting a full rest. If anything a hostel should be a place where one can rest. If I can't rest in my the bed that I've reserved, then what's the point?

This is a very nice hostel. I stayed in a 8-bed dorm for 1 night. The hostel itself is very quiet. You can hear a little street noise but not that much. Showers and toilets are outside the dorm, which is nice I think. The mattress is thick and soft. You have you own privacy with a plug, a fan and a light. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is composed of a fruit buffet mostly, toasts with jam and eggs. It was overall a good experience.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. This hostel starting around 6 months only so every things is still new. I'm very enjoy my time at this hostel especially the roof top of the hostel. The staff willing to answer your all questions. They give us suggestions on where to eat, rent bike, even help us book the grab car as they have grab points. so we can have more cheaper price. The breakfast is nice also, they prepare fruits like pineapple, dragon fruits, watermelon, banana and bread also egg. They allow us to cook the breakfast also. Unfortunately i forgot to take picture of the hostel environment. Overall I very recommended. if rate 100 mark i will give over than that.

The staff was really nice especially Ha and Qliynh. Both of them was really helpful. We're lucky that we meet Ha at the first day in Hanoi. Because we're really clueless on where to eat at that time. So she recommended us a lot of good place to eat and even help us call an grab car with discount prices. All of the staff there was really welcoming. Dosen't forget about the room was nice and clean. As well as the shared bathroom.

Saw some comments regarding bed bugs n found it is not true. Near to sparkling clean actually. Fully functioning hot shower, thick blanket in warm room, well prepared breakfast (bread, jam, egg, pancake, cereals, coffee, milk, 5 types of fruits) contribute to my good stay in this winter.

This is the greatest hostel I have been to in Hanoi. Strongly recommend them if you want a great night sleep. The staff recommended a great place for food and they were also always willing to help guide us around and make our stay as easy as possible. A must see.

Hi guys. What happened is, that the these people, at expense of my comfort are trying to sort out their problems. And I don't like when someone is using me. The hostel is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Loud drilling noise from the early morning. All the 3rd floor is closed, one of the bathrooms on the second floor was blocked and one was locked, so there was only ONE TOILET on the third floor. Showers are dirty. The smell of paint in the room is suffocating. Breakfast had flies all over it and it gave me an upset stomach. This is the only bad review I wrote in my life. I think what happened is unexceptable. 02 March 2019.
