Great staff. Nice bar to hang out in the evening. Clean and well-run place. I've now stayed there twice. Second time the ground floor was under construction and we didn't get much of a discount but personally I didn't care much.

Worst experience in 3 month travelling. Don't go to this hotel. Four reasons: - No parking space for motorbikes. Receptionist didn't know where we can park overnight. She sent us to the wrong place and came with a stupid suggestion (park at hospital, Secure? I don't know). We found a place later not far from the hotel... - Loud music all night from the neighbour bar. Sleep? Not possible... - Water supply was broken! Receptionist said it will be fixed in an hour. What a lie! We had to buy water bottles to wash our bodies. No further informations when it will be fixed. Edit: Still no water in the morning. - Wifi isn't working. Bad authorisation with three devices. Edit: Was working in the morning again. Go somewhere else, there are even cheaper hotels around.

Have never seen such a great hostel. The staff was very friendly and the whole atmosphere was just chilled. The hostel is in the middle of the center and where all the bars are, without having too much noise during the night. The dorms were clean and big. The beds were much bigger than I'm usually used to in dorms. Just go here and enjoy your stay!

Rooms are above the bar (same owner) downstairs which is very loud. The bed sheet and duet is used by the previous guest and they didn't change it for new comers. Our room includes breakfast but it is really inedible ( fried egg swims in oil, coffee tastes like alcohol from glass they using, knifes and forks are super filthy ) in all, I think it is the same as other low fair accommodation everywhere in this planet.

Stayed in one of the private rooms which was good one night. Bit weird having a frosted glass door so it means the light from the corridor shines into the room, ok if you have an eye mask but still not the best design! Shared bathroom was clean but could do with having some soap to wash hands. Breakfast was eggs, toast, small banana and coffee, does the job. Right in the heart of the Old Quarter so noise from bars and motorbikes to be expected. I asked for a towel as meant to be included but apparently they didn't have one, strange!

Good small hostel/hotel. Our host TONY arrange our tour to HALONG BAY & it was amazing. The hotel its based right at the center of Hanoi and the street market its just 1 block away from here. Many options from here. Small rooms but beds are comfortable and there is shower & toilets in the room so no need to share.

Great place, especially for the price. $5 dorms, but go for the $12 private rooms if you can afford it. They have AC, which helps a lot on Hanoi's humid nights. Located right on the edge of the Old Quarter, it's a great place to party. Bring some earplugs if you're not a night owl!

Excellent place to grab a beer and socialize with all the travelers of Vietnam. Note* The guest who stay here typically are of college age (early 20s).

Old and run down. Rooms were musty. All lights out and were locked in before midnight. We had to wake the worker sleeping on a couch in the foyer to let us out. Great location, but nothing else.

Crazy, fun experience! Wall to wall restaurants (mostly tabletop bbq places with tables set up on the street) and bars packed with tourists from around the world. Some of the restaurant workers are aggressive and will pull you into their establishments it can be overwhelming but it is all in good fun. Once you settle on a place; sit back and enjoy some cold local beer and bbq in a bustling and vibrant setting!

Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. A fantastic place to check into if you want to fully experience the Old Quarter streets. The room I stayed in was big and cosy. It felt especially like home when Luan and his family came to welcome me for the stay and various times for meals with their family. I felt really bad to have to turn them down a few times as I have a really packed itinerary. Luan is really helpful and willing to share his experience in Hanoi. It's a bonus as he is also a tour guide. Most importantly is that he could speak English pretty well. Therefore, communication was not a problem at all. Even when he is away for work in the day, his brother and mother-in-law were able to serve me. He is also very kind is booking my Halong Bay cruise with Vspirit Cruise and was very flexible in the payment for it. Oh yes, if you are lucky, you are able to see his cute son running around too! Room 301 has really nice and comfy bed, a sofa corner and a balcony that over look one of the streets of Old Quarter. However the "private toilet" is located right at the stairway at the common corridor. For a dude like me, it doesn't really matter as I believe no one really uses it despite it being in a common area. Recommended affordable stay if you wish to experience Old Quarter in Hanoi!

🫤 Let me start with the good: the location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, the breakfast is great, and the rooftop bar has great city views and happy hour deals. The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging tours, buses and transport, laundry, etc. However, in my opinion, none...
