Dear practice team, I would like to share my experiences in your dental practice and hope that my feedback will be received constructively. Overall, I have performed a variety of treatments in your practice, including the removal of an FDOK and the placement of an implant with a crown. Unfortunately, there were a few points during my visits that affected my satisfaction. On the one hand, I was repeatedly billed for amounts that had already been paid or that were simply incorrect. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. A more careful check of the invoices would be desirable. Furthermore, I had more pain after the removal of the FDOK than after a previous wisdom tooth operation. A follow-up check to ensure that the bone had healed properly was not carried out or at least I was not told what would have been of interest to me as a patient. On the day of implantation, the correct size implant was not available, resulting in an implant that was too large. This is unprofessional and should be avoided for optimal results. Although the claim here is to practice biological and holistic dentistry, I have found that this is not 100% implemented in practice, compared to other practices such as Dr. Dominik Nischwitz or Dr. Michael Sendler. I can say that because I have already been treated by several biological and holistic dentists. Another point that concerns me is the lack of agreement regarding the grinding of a healthy tooth during the course of the treatment. This resulted in permanent damage that could have been avoided if appropriate communication had taken place. The always friendly nature of the dental assistants is a positive thing. However, I am not satisfied with the organization, especially with regard to the simplest processes that did not work smoothly. The missing signature on the direct bill for my dentures for the health insurance company and the failure to send it to the health insurance company as originally agreed led to unnecessary delays and additional effort. Finally, I would like to say that I found Dr. Dr.'s approach to both operations to be too brutal. Walter experienced what led to severe trauma. During the implantation, my cheek was cut by the edge of a stainless steel tool. In my opinion, a more sensitive and thoughtful approach would have been desirable. Anyway, my implant is in place now and I hope it lasts forever.

Dr. As a dentist, Walter deserves the title “top class” in every respect. Some time ago I had to seek treatment for a broken tooth. The appointment was quick, very friendly and absolutely uncomplicated. I would particularly like to emphasize the personal welcome from Dr. Walter at the reception of the practice. I have never experienced anything like this with any dentist before. Sensational! The treatment was relaxed but competent at all times. The broken tooth was treated by Dr. Walter is so good that in retrospect you can't tell any difference from before. I can only highly recommend his practice and him as a dentist! Thank you!

Herr Dr. Walter und sein Team sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe selten ein so gut eingespieltes Team gesehen, welches sich blind auf einander verlassen kann. Herr Dr. Walter geht nicht nur respektvoll und einfühlsam auf seine Patienten ein, sondern auch auf seine Mitarbeiter, was für mich als Patientin sehr angenehm ist. Er geht sehr strukturiert und patientenorientiert an die Behandlung heran, sodass ich immer stehts im Bilde bin was als nächstes passiert. Meine beste Zahnreinigung hatte ich dort auch bei Frau Yürek! Des Weiteren hat man dort immer viel zu lachen, was ich aus Arztpraxen weniger kenne. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung für Menschen, die auch als solche behandelt werden möchten und ein ganzheitliches Gesundheitssystem bevorzugen!

Super Zahnärzte, super Helferinnen, super Empfang und Betreuung, sehr gute Behandlungen und sehr gute professionelle Zahnreinigung. Immer für die Patienten da, auch wenn es mal in den Feierabend reingeht. Freundlicher, achtsamer und wertschätzender Umgang untereinander und mit den Patienten. Diese Praxis kann ich einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Top!

Ms. Kasten is the first dental hygienist with whom I have the feeling that my wishes and needs are taken into account and not excused. She doesn't seem to have any blinders on either, but rather thinks outside the box when it comes to dental knowledge. Ms. Dreilich is always a warm and approachable employee, both on the phone and directly at reception, who gives me a pleasant feeling as soon as I enter the practice. I also always experience the ZFAs as open and interested. All in all, a dental practice that I have unfortunately never experienced before. I am grateful to be able to have my dental prophylaxis and check-ups every 6 months in this practice!

Dr. Walter placed an implant for my front tooth, the treatment was painless and there was no difference to the other teeth. I can Dr. Walter and his team can only be recommended!
