The staff that attended us were very friendly. However, the room only had a shower but not a toilet, and the walls were very thin. I could hear the television by neighbors with my earplugs. The location is great but it's in the red-light district, some people may find it uncomfortable.

WARNING!! This place is situated right in the red light district next to brothels and bars. Very noisy and sketchy area. Deceiving pictures as the rooms are more run down than pictured. Walls are paper thin and you can hear women at work and client disputes. If you enjoy loud music vibrating your bed and the sound of high heels from upstairs at 2am at night, this is the place for you... Otherwise look somehwere else.

Very bad experience for my opinion, in the room I found sink, toilet and shower stall directly in the room. One day before my arrival the direction informed me about a problem at the credit card system, so they could accept only cash payment! Payment in advance! In my room the hair-drier did not work, I asked a replacement: Not executed! Only two small bottle of shampoo, nothing more. For the fair, prices of the hotels are very high, but if you want demand an high cost it has to provide a proper service.

Nice budget hotel, perfect for my needs , very clean nice staff and great mattress rooms are quite small so not for extended stays if you want to spend time inside. Nice helpful and friendly staff, would recommend.

I would not rebook, even if you had no issues staying in the red light district of Hannover, staff was not very friendly, my room was placed in the attic and was small (especially bathroom/shower room). Minimalistic style is great, but no room to put your clothes except for 3 hangers, extremly small single bed (somehow a divan is not the right fit for a hotel/pension). Overall it was clean, big led tv screen, a/c and wifi. 5 min walk to the main train station and 1m walk to Kaufland supermarket.

Good for night stay. Do not expect tv to work or a lift to carry luggage. Rooms are clean safe walking distance to station and cheap eating places nearby. Internet speed is super. Rooms are big.

I got what I needed and I left satisfied! Booked in the last minute and the price was worthy! The only thing was the power that did not work in the morning, but I had a big window, so it was ok. I could take a hot shower and that’s was great! I was in the first floor and the room it’s pretty small. I did not care because I just stayed for one night, but it can bother someone else. I am small as well, so I handled it well.

A bit small but clean and good kept. Close to the trein station and lot's of shop's.

It is located in a "red' area, the street has night clubs with prostitutes, the check in-check out is only 16H to 24H the single room has the toilet next to the bed, having a "glass separation" It has good location near to the train station.

DO NOT STAY HERE. SMACK BANG IN THE MIDDLE OF RED LIGHT DISTRICT. WEBSITE OR OWNERS DID NOT MENTION THIS AT ALL. BATHROOM DOOR WOULDN'T LOCK AS THE DOOR FRAME WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN SO HAD NAILS STICKING OUT, SHOWER BROKEN SO IT WOULD NOT STAY ON THE HOOK, SMELLY TOWELS AND WEIRD PILLOWS. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DO NOT STAY HERE. CRACK IN BATHROOM HAIRDRYER SOCKET. YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AND BEDS BANGING NEXT DOOR?? APPARENTLY WE HAD A KING ROOM, NOTHING SPECIAL, NO KETTLE, NO BIN OTHER THAN IN BATHROOM, NO WARDROBE, NO LIFT TO CARRY LUGGAGE UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. STAY IN AMBIENTE TULIP INN, HANNOVER INSTEAD, CHEAPER AND 100000 TIMES NICER.

There was trash from the last guest in my room when I arrived, but other than that it was alright for a one night stay. Also the hotel is surrounded by red light district but close to the city center

very bad experience. During the night I could only sleep 3 hours, the sound from street and corridor was easily coming inside and disturbing. And it is not a good region, it’s in red Z. Also it is mentioned in other reviews. —> BE CAREFUL, don’t give your number, after I wrote about my experience on booking.com website, the owner kept calling me and threatening me, or texting and threatening in booking website, so strange and bad behaviour. —> Wow it’s insane how You threaten me again after writing my review. Why don’t you put your energy to improve your business for the money you take from people!! You posted your hotels room for whatever price you decided, that does not make sense you decide on a cheap price to attract customer for only one time. You report people’s review, so it gets deleted, of course I write it again. Why you also threaten everyone who wrote the review bellow!! Wow man, this is review and people write their experience from your service. You really have problem. If I arrived late how did I pick up the key!!! If someone could not sleep from loud noise of street, does it make sense that person leave the window open!!! That’s funny, at least you accept I was there. And I left early in the morning as my train was early in the morning !! Many hotels are near train station and people who have train of course book a hotel there. Instead of threatening people you can renew your windows. Wow you are something special brother. We booked a room for two nights. In the beginning we had to pay the deposit and fill out a form. We gave a notice that we will be leaving the hotel on the 3rd day at 8:00 am. On the third day at 8:00 am, nobody was there to take keys, we also called, unfortunately got no answer and never got deposit back. A shame because the hotel was cozy, but never again because it is not professional and the service is very poor.
