Und man muss ggf. länger warten, bis ein Gerät frei wird. Die „Halle“ hat leider keine Fenster und somit steht die Luft. So macht das Training leider wenig Spaß. Da fahre ich lieber nach Badenstedt (inkl. Sauna) oder in die Südstadt.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Fitnessstudio. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend und außerdem auch sehr hilfsbereit wenn es mal darauf ankommt. Falls ein Anfänger wie ich (damals) Hilfe braucht wird einem sofort geholfen in dem man beispielsweise mit einem Trainer zusammen einen Trainingsplan erstellt, Tipps für eine ausgewogene und fördernde Ernährung bekommt und die richtige Handhabung für jegliche Übungen beigebracht bekommt. Das Studio ist zwar nicht das größte, dennoch würde ich dieses als die anderen in näherer Umgebung bevorzugen, da ich persönlich es eher familiärer mag und auch wenn es für den Ein oder Anderen aufgrund der Größe den Eindruck erweckt man müsse ewig warten bis ein Gerät frei ist kann ich von mir aus sagen, dass das nicht stimmt. Falls es doch mal der Fall sein sollte gibt es immer eine Ausweichmöglichkeit. Ich bin im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden mit dem Fitnessstudio und dem Personal in Hannover-Wettbergen :)
