Diversity good but no competitive price. I think they can double their sales by making prices reasonable and competitive. Unfortunately, everything being sold there can be purchased with fraction of price elsewhere. I hope they don't end up closing further branches.

It’s a nice place to shop. But I think it’s annoying to pay for the restrooms there. Besides, there was a guy waiting with you in the restrooms and asking for money. Once he takes the money, he just puts it in his pocket. So, the question you ask is if the store is even aware of this/who gets the money.

Nice mall but could be more seating places. Food courts could be better organised.

Absolute shocking Service, rude, unfriendly and its apparently acceptable to make customers wait while staff have a long conversations with colleagues but happy to take our money selling top brands!!!! Will most definitely never return or recommend you to anyone .. Keep it up and you won't be trading for much longer

Very funny experience just now. I was standing in front of the cashier on first floor unknowingly that there was a cue. Rather than signaling me that there was a cue, the cashier frau was ignoring me passive aggresivly and called the next customer from the cue. I was so embarrased i went away and left the thing i want to buy behind. It is not how you treat customer. I will never spend any dime on your store forever. I make sure to remember it.

Great shopping option with variety of collection and you can get all sort of goods you need starting from clothing to groceries.

Large department store on multiple floors with a large grocery store in the basement. The grocery store also has a small bakery and chocolate shop selection. They sell various high-end chocolates at this location, such as Neuhaus, Lauenstein, Wagner as well as consumer staples such as Lindt. Unfortunately, for some reason, the chocolates are notoriously past their expiration date, almost all the time. I am not sure if that's due to an issue with their storage and logistics system or due to insufficient demand.

Huge range and reasonable prices

Last summer at the Wrist Watch Service of Galeria Hannover we had 4 batteries change. One of them stopped to work already four days ago. Either they have put an old one in our wrist watch or they neglected the quality check of their merchandise. My trust and that of my German relative in Uhren Service at Karstadt/Galeria is irrevocably gone.

Top floor of Galeria is totally dedicated to toys of kids and adults. Huge variety can be found to choose from.

Great shopping place and less price

Clean atmosphere. Product range ok, not too much of choices but ok. Bought travel items. Bad service: just stood at the corner while 3 groups where looking for stuff.
