    The worse experience with a Vehicle Rental service! I'd never recommend to anyone... Invoice / charging were totally wrong. The call center is a messy and impolite, they never can solve your problem, Run out of Sixt.

    I have had many positive experiences with Sixt in the past, but unfortunately I have now been very disappointed twice in a row. Cleanliness was a big issue with both vehicles I rented. They were not cleaned inside and out; With the first vehicle I even found a used tissue and other rubbish when it was handed over. In addition, the parking sensor was defective, which made the journey unpleasant. The second vehicle was even worse and extremely dirty. Despite repeated requests, I could not be offered an alternative vehicle. The staff was unhelpful and seemed unwilling to offer a solution. Instead of proactively looking for alternatives, I was told there was no choice and I would have to make do with this vehicle. There was a lack of customer-oriented service and proactive solution orientation. This experience has severely shaken my trust in Sixt, and I hope that such problems can be avoided in the future. Because of these sobering experiences, I decided to refrain from further rentals from Sixt in Hanover. I strongly advise against renting from Sixt in Hanover as the service and cleanliness of the vehicles were unacceptable.     Since our train arrived in Hanover about 45 minutes late, the Sixt counter would actually have already been closed. A super committed employee even took the trouble to call us (me and my 3 children) several times (didn't hear it ringing), then waited for us and wasn't in a hurry to get off work.
