Beautiful little hotel with amazing staff that make you feel like family. I stayed at Emma's for a few nights in August while in Goose Bay on business and they were quick to welcome me upon my very late arrival due to a delayed flight out of Halifax. They made sure I had everything I needed and got me checked in and settled into my room quickly. The rooms were very comfortable, only thing I was lacking was a proper sitting area aside from the kitchen stools. Perhaps it was just the type of room I had but I made due for the time I was there. The location is a bit far out from amenities but I guess that speaks for almost everything in Goose Bay. It is hard to spot at night as it doesn't scream hotel when you drive by in the dark. I drove by a few times before actually realizing that it was a hotel, perhaps a bigger, brighter sign would help but once you know it's there you can't miss it. If you're ever in Goose Bay and need a place to stay look no further than Emma's...they'll welcome you home even if you've never met!

We had an excellent stay here with our family and our dog. Staff were very accommodating and willing to help our every need. We were also offered a dog bed for Bella as well as treats and waste bags. The staff were so great to our 6 year old twins and even played with them when seen. The free continental breakfast has a great variety and we were never hungry! There was also free laundry service at this hotel which is a bonus as we have been travelling for over a week. We will definitely be back.

Perhaps the best hotel we stayed in during our 4 week trip of Labrador NFLD and Nova Scotia. The suites are large and comfortable. Very clean. Full kitchen. Laundry down the hall. Nice seating area in the back. Wonderful staff, willing to address our every need.

Emma’s suites is super clean and has fresh newer rooms! The staff is always friendly and the manager is amazingly accommodating! They always respect and accommodate Coastal customers who travel on the hospital flight and often have late day departures! They are pet friendly which makes travelling a lot easier. Highly recommend this business

If you have any choice, this is by far the best in the area. A+ all around, miles above the rest.

Really enjoyed this hotel, new furnishings and furniture. Cozy. I didn't have any problems with the Wi-Fi but I'm also not a high data user. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for the great customer service!

Emma Suites is a best place around Happy Valley Goose Bay, I stayed here one night with my family. The service of the staff is tremendous , Especially:- Janice. She is in the front office and very responsible,polite and asset to Emma Suites. Overall, its a nice place to stay around Happy Valley Goose Bay-Airport .

What a pleasant surprise. First time staying at this place for business.Their website don’t do this place justice. Very nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and a great continental breakfast. I will certainly be back.

No longer pet friendly to husky/husky mix or large breed dogs. Was informed by staff that pet-friendly rooms are now only accommodating to small kennelled animals. Previously stayed at this establishment approximately 4 months ago and had no issues with check-in. Staff previously very accepting of both my pets when met at the front door. Pet friendly status should be updated accordingly.

Stayed here for a night and service was amazing very nice staff morning breakfast was great and the rooms were immaculately clean and good looking my sleep was wonderful and this is the place to stay in goose bay
