From one of our friend we come to know that this restaurant is so nice and food is very tasty. Today we had ordered food through Zomato dry Manchurian and garlic bread along with fries you can see the photos how they sent us an food. Garlic bread was not cooked properly Manchurian balls was Burnt and fries was soggy. This is not acceptable from newly opened restuarant. I hope UP37 The Cafe management will take a note on the same.

Restaurant is having only 1 small lift capacity of 4-5 persons to reach on 3rd floor and that stopped many times in between. Difficult to reach and no one is attempting to take out people who is in the lift. So use the lift on ur risk.

The cafe is good. The food was great. There are not many people during the day hours. It's on the third floor hence very hot as AC was not working. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall good experience but not a great crowd

Good quality Food but Very Poor Table Service. Staff was not co-operative. We had to wait 35-40 minutes for a single paneer pizza . environmental very low not hygienic. Use cheep crockery item’s!

The Vibe of this place is Beautiful, very photogenic and peaceful. But the staff is not friendly and we'll behaved. They just keep roaming around, and giving questionable looks. The food was not at all tasty and so the price become unreasonable.

Not at all a resturant to visit and spend famil time On this day when I went to spend time with my family and dine there was a party of hooligans going on who were allowed to drink and make nuisance playing CAKE HOLI All other customers including us were not well treated and some even went without eating No management at all Good quality is pathetic and tasteless and just in starters and drinks the bill was 1500 which was a shock acc to such services and quality Don’t waste ur money here.!

Very disappointed with the service, they never attend your call, for home delivery or any other queries, I have also ordered from Swiggy, but they was not accepted order and cancelled it always, very disappointed.

A place to celebrate birthday party and functions, food is so delicious. The environment is very neat and clean. Staff is so supportive. I just loved it

Firstly the cafe is on the top floor, we have to go by stairs no working lift. Food is bit expensive. Overall its good.

Place is good. At prime location in Hapur. Ambience is also good. There is also small hall where you can organise small party. However the food taste is not good. Kofta in malai kofta were very hard and feel like not fresh. Soup taste is also bad. I am not sure this is on regular basis or chef on the particular date is bad.
