I’ve
never
been
more
disappointed
in
customer
service
in
the
Netherlands.
Our
sales
associate
flat
out
lied
and
said
we
could
return
a
couch
for
store
credit.
When
we
held
him
to
his
word
he
acted
like
he
was
doing
us
a
favor!
Then,
when
he
said
he’d
ordered
a
fabric
sample
for
a
different
model
and
we
turned
up
to
see
it
we
were
told
that
it
was
no
where
to
be
found,
and
there
was
no
history
of
the
order
(read:
again
he
didn’t
live
up
to
his
word)
In
total
we’ve
spent
100
euro
(renting
a
van
to
return
the
couch
as
that
was
somehow
our
responsibility,
and
taking
the
train
several
times)
and
over
a
month
coming
back
and
forth
from
Amsterdam
to
try
and
order
a
couch.
At
this
point
we’d
want
our
money
back
but
of
course
that’s
not
going
to
happen.
We’ll
never
give
them
business
again.
