Went to the shop to buy some stuff. When I was at the register, cashier told me that it’s only by cash. They did had pin machine and during corona times I didn’t expect that they won’t accept cards at all. I never pay by cash so I left the shop and didn’t get anything. Really disappointed about this.

This shop is a symbol of confusion and the meaningless and hateful smile of the woman who runs it, who always has an artificial smile and when I entered this time, she still gave priority over her work over me Naturally! Because it looks like she is very busy, but she gave the work to her colleague after procrastinating, she finally did nothing! Even though I have said many times that I don't have a membership card and I don't want to have one, she tries to give me a membership card by forcing it every time with the same stupid smile! Maybe once upon a time, smiling was mandatory for female sellers, but human understanding is more important than the human desire of people.

This week I tried two times to get in the store but, unfortunately, due to my work schedule, I could only make it 5 minutes before the closing time. On Thursday, I could only come by at 19:55 and, on Friday, at 17:55. I understand that they have the right to finish their job on time and notify that they've closed the cash register however, the elder blond lady was really rude. On the first day she just made signs saying that the shop is already closed. I accepted it, not their fault. On Friday, she opened the door when she saw me, asked me what I wanted, that I could take it quickly, and I said "ok, thank you, I just need a natural immunity boosting treatment with basic mineral/vitamin pills". She then, VERY rudely said "no time for that, we close now, go". I went outside but she could have very easily used those last minutes wisely to let me buy the product. It would have literally been 3-5 minutes in total, I'm sure. Instead, she had a very rude attitude of "I don't care about you, I'm finishing my shift". She didn't even say goodbye or "I'm sorry, try to come by tomorrow and I will help you find the product", whatever nice sentence. Anyway, I'm going to try to go today or next week but just the thought of possibly experiencing her rudeness again makes me feel annoyed.
