    I went with my child twice to the clinic. Later on I got per post a reminder about an invoice (rather than the invoice itself) so I called to the clinic and was promised to receive the invoice itself. I did not receive such an invoice but instead I received a letter from a debt collector (incasso) and still no invoice. I suspect they overcharged me in the original invoice and simply try to prevent me from seeing what is the invoice exactly about. In short: I do not trust this clinic in every possible aspect.

    I had such an expensive intake with the dermatologist, 150 euro for less than 10 minutes! He was so unfriendly and almost rude! The treatment he suggested was not even helpful and I went somewhere else with much better solution. This indeed painful to pay him high amount. Also the staff at the reception was very cold.. Why would you want to go somewhere so absurd. I am disappointed that my GP so quickly wrote me a referral to this clinic as if she never heard this situation is going on there. I made sure many times that this intake is absolutely covered by insurance and yet got robbed.. I'm going to ask her stop sending people over there! This is terrible that the biggest clink in The Hague take advantage of people over and over again.

    I did a few paid treatments and received a letter from Mauritskliniek, saying that I didn't pay for one of the treatments and I should pay them back before a certain date. I found the receipt that says I paid by cash and Mauritskliniek just couldn't believe that I paid by cash. They kept asking me for a bank statement as a proof. How can I generate a bank statement when I paid by cash? Excuse me? It was humiliating and ridiculous. At the end they finally admitted there was a late response "Due to colleagues working from home". No apology. I cancelled all my appointments and I will never return to this clinic.

    They prey non-dutch speaking clients and charge them exorbitant amounts for 5 min consultations. They lure you in with a so-called "free" consultation and hit you with an invoice like they actually helped you. I would definitely NOT recommend this clinic to anyone who values honesty and fair practice.

    My girlfriend paid for treatment by cash and has got several emails asking her to confirm that she paid. We sent them a copy of an invoice that had the amount she had to pay on it, confirmation that she paid, and their signature. We have since gotten several emails asking us to send them confirmation of bank statements to prove that we paid. We paid by cash. And they want bank statements... of a cash payment. Because they don't believe we paid.

    The sloppiest health care providor I have ever seen. The doctor will not call you even when you have appointment. And you need to call your GP and this clinic for thousands of times to get your medicine right. It makes you feel like, you are paying them, but begging them to prescribe the right thing. If you call their employees, they would have thousands of statements which make you feel like they are lieing all the time. NOT recommended!

    worst clinic i've ever gone to - poor consultant from the doctor and worst customer service. didnt even get to talk to the derm for a whole 5 minutes before she rushed me out and prior to my appointment I was told twice that first consultancy is always free. they forgot to mention that this is only free only once you have reached the own risk. Now im left with a 135euro bill for a first appointment that did not even last 5 minutes. do not ever go to this clinic unless you're someone who likes to be scammed. if you have been recommended by friends or people on facebook do not listen to them and look somewhere else.

    I had a consult with dr. A. Hogewoning. He doesn't seem to try to find a solution. Beside that they booked me a surgery to remove a mole , and didn't tell me that I couldn't take sun for at least 6 months. When I found out I tried to move the appointment to after the summer and they charged me anyway for cancelling. Wouldn't recommend to go here..

    I regret not reading the reviews before scheduling my appointment. Absolutely ridiculous service. Took over 5 weeks to get an appointment for something URGENT that my GP have gave me recommendations. I called sick and reschedule just to find myself with another 4werks waiting time. When I ask if I can be given an appointment in case another person cancel I was almost laughed at... Absolutely not helpful and understanding staff. For my next scheduled appointment I couldn't call because I was hospitalized. Now I received an invoice for ridiculous amount without getting any help and having to wait for so long. Don't go there!!! Better you reach for help elsewhere, an especially if it is urgent.. pitiful Healthcare!!!!!!

    Unprofessional conduct. The doctors are kind and knowledgeable, and the building is also nice, however the unexpected invoices reported in other reviews are true. I received an invoice for over 50€ for an appointment that I did not cancel, that I never made in the first place! The clinic made an appointment for me, and then invoiced me for not showing up!

    I don't understand the bad critics. I went for a small surgery and everything was handled smoothly and in a very professional way. Staff is very nice. I recommend this clinic.

    I was very surprised with the negative reviews for this clinic. I found Dr Hoedt and Dr Van Heuven to be very professional, skilled and decent. In addition, the ultrasound, medical staff and reception staff were professional, caring and helpful. The premises was modern and clean and I found the overall experience, from start to finish, to be of a very high standard and would highly recommend it to other people. Many thanks!

    I don't know where to start. The people in place are nice and helpful but the whole organization is a mess. If you record your personal data with their main website prepare to re record everything with the local office. The main office won't ever call you back and they pretend not to talk English. Double bookings due to this are at the order of the day, prepare to wait hours before being visited.

    My experience has been amazing. The doctor has been great and efficient. He figured out the problem of hyper pigmentation with my skin after looking at it for 2 min and then the treatment worked. Great clinic.

    Amazing experience! For the hair laser removal it was a very positive experience for me. Didn't looked on maps before I made my appointments. But I looked with one day before and was a bit scared. I didn't experience any of the downsides from the comments below.

    Not reachable by phone at all. Doc said he sent prescription for my son, but did not. I have been trying for a week now to reach someone to get his medication. Zero service.
