I've been coming to the park for over ten years because it's beautiful here. Nevertheless, I must state quite clearly that for some years, especially since the takeover by EuroParcs, the conditions became worse significantly. It starts with the park is growing and growing, available green space becomes less and only the revenue counts. Less can be more here. Ten years ago, the park was such a lovely space. When I visit the parc nowadays, each year, they do not stop to built more and more and at the expense of nature, open spaces and recreation. The prices are going steeply upwards, while the facilities are clearly declining. No more towels included, no more shower gel or shampoo available, small things but they leave an impression, the chalets have been cleaned partly inadequate. But for this you pay an overpriced price. The reception is very inflexible with services. I am extremely disappointed because the overall package is not worth 4 stars. Need for improvement strongly recommended.

Horrible customer service. They offer no help or instructions and direct you to use the app. I downloaded EuroParcs only to learn that ordering food and other features were no longer available. So I physically went down to reception to ask where I could get food since I do not have a car and the park is located in a remote area. The front desk reception offered no help the same way they did the night before when I arrived. The place was encased in total darkness. Our Airbnb host was unresponsive and not helpful on how to find where we check in and the driver could not get into the gate. I walked about a mile with luggage to find any sign of life. When I finally arrived at reception they once again were of no assistance. They gave me a map and told me to download the app when I asked specific questions. Ruben and Eileen’s chalet smelled horrendous. I’m not sure what the odor was coming from but it smelled like the septic tank had somehow leaked. There was a pungent raw sewage smell and it was extremely hot and stuffy inside. Even after I got in touch with the host, he offered no guidance on how to get access to food. The amenities were nothing like advertised.

Old fashioned park. Very short shop/restaurant opening hours. The reception closes at 18:00 The checkpoint can only be opened with a special card, but only until 11:00 p.m If you are a tourist, and your flight is delayed - there is no answer on the "emergency" phone We had to drag with 2 children and suitcases for about 25 minutes until we found our apartment in total darkness The mini market is open from 8 to 12 The place is very far, about an hour in each direction Extremely expensive for what it has to offer. There is no air conditioning

Despite the wonderful nature, the flies, which come as a pack with that wonderful nature are worth mentioning. If you are scared to visualise your head constantly inside a cloud of insects, this may not be your most favourite vacation, especially in spring months.

It's ok, clean inside but I think the park should also clean the garden chairs outside and maintain the outside cushions too.

Good place for family trips. Decent houses of different quality for all pocket sizes.

Nice and quite place to have family days. All of the stuff was kind.

What a fantastic place! We stayed in a luxurious cube house on the lake with views of the water, it was clean, spacious, light and so well designed. We visited just out of peak season and the site was lovely and quiet with the end of the summer weather meaning we still had sunshine every day! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the location was perfect for visiting the surrounding areas by car or bike. Thoroughly recommend!

Very nice place, a lot of bugs

Motorhome Camper are not welcome anymore. The NEW Campsite has no direkt access to the main areal. Long distances to the center facilities across the street which means the kids can not walk in a traffic restricted area anymore as you have always to pass the entrence bars. For Windsurfers complete unattractive to reach the beach. The motorhome campersite is covered in a concrete storage area, combined with garbage dump places. No place to get kids play. The sanitary box is that unattractive and fully of flies. By the way, all this is not cheap, around 28 EUR per night. Keep away.

I can only say what I saw from the outside, driving through this and many EuroParcs destinations. They have the outside look of two containers built into a two story design with upper and lower decks with AirCo in a few of them. If you come from a country that uses screens on windows and doors, or uses circulated cooled or heated air, it doesn't always work like this here. I recommend you call and verify the things that matter to you, especially for what is open in the surrounding area and exactly what the accommodation has listed you want. Just because it says "fireplace" don't assume you will get what you think! Looks nice from the outside, big windows

It’s always same good quality you’d expect, little bit annoying check out and check in times, but other than that, it’s great to stay in these parks and have some family rest

Well I was here to help build for the ladies at the Pad Thai & More, but from what I could see is this holiday park looks absolutely stunning! (that’s why I didn’t rate the Rooms) very friendly staff
