Such a beautiful shop and outstanding customer service. Ordered an item online which, through no fault of Cross & Woods, was delayed in arriving in Australia (due to COVID restrictions and the slowing of international mail). Pauline from Cross & Woods was so helpful right from the start and went out of her way to resolve the issue. A replacement item was posted without delay and arrived soon after. Beautifully packaged and with a handwritten note. The best customer service I have ever received. I will definitely shop with them again and I highly recommend Cross & Woods in the Netherlands to everyone.

My wife had ordered a gorgeous knitting bag.. but unfortunately it was lost in transit. How Cross and Woods handled what happened next exceeded every expectation we had. They never once blamed this on anyone. Instead, without hesitation, they sprung into action and shipped out another product 100% at their cost. Seriously? Who does that? They were amazing. It's such a lovely yarn shop! I've been here twice, during the summer, and they've always been really sweet and helpful. I love the Yippee! Sock yarns (dyed exclusively for the store by a hand dyer in Delft, who also works at the store some days), as well as all their other hand dyed yarn. Sometimes they have some yarn on clearance!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Asked about a project I was thinking of starting and received great advice on what yarns would work well. We asked about classes, and these are available for knitting and embroidery (probably more, consult their site). Would recommend!

Hands-down the most gorgeous yarn shop that I have ever been to 😍 the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the only problem is staying focused and not buying up the whole shop! The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and when Covid restrictions allow it’s a great place for workshops and craft nights.
