I
happened
to
enter
Hayko's
shop
by
accident.
I
had
been
looking
for
an
engagement
ring
for
months
and
was
not
satisfied
anywhere,
because
of
limited
options
and/or
arrogant
service.
Hayko
welcomed
me,
heard
my
requests,
and
showed
me
his
work.
He
is
a
frank
and
friendly
man,
diligent
in
his
work
too!
After
deciding
on
the
shape
and
diamond,
knowing
that
I
would
leave
Netherlands
in
four
days,
he
took
it
upon
itself
to
make
a
new
ring
for
me
in
record
time!
He
found
a
diamond
with
the
features
I
requested,
then
wasn't
satisfied
and
kept
looking
and
finally
found
a
diamond
that
was
even
better
than
the
minimal
features
I
had
requested,
with
the
same
price!
I
had
to
consult
my
family
and
later
do
a
lot
of
back
and
forth
with
my
bank
and
I
had
limited
internet
connection,
but
he
patiently
and
kindly
helped
me
with
anything
I
needed
and
never
showed
any
kind
of
judgement,
arrogance
or
rudeness
as
is
often
the
case
in
other
jewelry
shops.
He
was
very
understanding,
considering
he
deals
with
clients
looking
to
make
a
big
purchase
for
probably
the
most
precious
ring
of
their
lives,
and
didn't
just
ignore
you
or
get
cold
if
you
were
still
hesitant
and
undecided.
Not
to
mention
he
can
accept
different
purchase
methods
(such
as
instalments
before
getting
the
ring)
and
can
deliver
wherever
you
are
(although
I
retrieved
the
ring
personally),
as
well
as
do
maintenance
and
cleaning
of
his
great
work
for
free,
permanently.
All
in
all,
a
great
man
to
put
your
faith
in
for
the
most
important
moment/s
of
your
life.
