My family and I had a great experience at this location. Had the honor of Becca waiting on us and she was excellent! Loved her customer service, smile and energy. She put in the order correctly and kept checking on us. Our pizza was great, breadsticks and salad. Will be back again and will ask for Becca. Thank you dear for making sure we were taking care of!

Great visit. Food was good and dine-in area was spotless. Service was great. The main reason we'll return is because of Laura. She did a fantastic job. Customer service is number one to us and she deserves a 10!

Best dang Pizza Hut in north central kentuckiana, possibly the best one I’ve been too since birth.

We have frequented this Pizza Hut since the late 1970s. Like everywhere else in Hardinsburg and Leitchfield, having enough employees is a struggle. But we like the pizza!

Food was great service to start with was good, then servers switched up or something and then it's like we weren't there at all. Then was told can only get a box for leftovers if it was absolutely necessary. So cramming an order and half of bread sticks and half a Detroit pizza with sauce and seasoning cups into 2 tiny flimsy containers was ridiculous.

We ordered the big New Yorker pizza and were not impressed. It was like eating a raw, thin crust pizza, which I don't eat. As for the ladies taking the order and handing it out, they were very nice and polite.

I wouldnt give one star my pizza was so tuff you couldnt eat it verry disapointed

Loved the indoor experience but even though they were not busy wish the staff was more attentive. Food was amazing!

Food was fine, but the waiter ignored our table most of the time, never received any refills on our drinks and food came out at different times rather then all at once. I use to love coming here but the customer service in the dining area is just down right sad. Staff training is definitely needed, if not the least they could do is hire people who will at least talk to guest.

Sticker shock! One large topping pizza and 12 wings was over $40. An under $5 Save-A lot pizza is much better than this cardboard over cooked pepperoni pizza we received. On the flip side, the 12 piece $22 wings were reportedly “really good.” We were also told there were no specials but later found out if you ordered online, the one topping large pizza would have been under ten dollars as opposed to $16 ordering it over the phone. Lesson learned.

I have ate at this location several times. Generally the service has been well when dining in. The drive thru on the other hand is just pitiful. I can’t order food to pickup on my way to work because you never know if it’s a 20 minute wait or 1.5 hrs. The online order will always say 15 minutes regardless of how busy they are. It shouldn’t take 5-10 mins to process an order at the drive thru window but it generally does at this location.
