Just checked out. Very bad experience it should be a 1 star hotel First the rooms where so outdated and rusty but spacious non the least The first night i booked 2 rooms for me and my friends. My friends had to leave the next day so the staf kicked them out not even a nice word was said I was obligated to renew my booking the next day when a staff member came and asked if i want to renew i told him yes and he left 5 minutes later the receptionist called my room and asked me with a very disrespectful way that i have to pay right now and she sent the staff member to collect the money The shower wasnt working so i called them to fix it they said they will but they never did The receptionist was so rude and didnt crack a smile at me The elevator smelled like sweat

We checked in at 12 am and the room was really dirty, didn’t have the hotel feel that you want when on vacation but we made do with what we had for the night. They woke us up at 11;30 and told us we had to be out of the room by 12 pm which we weren’t informed of before paying for the room. I would suggest paying more for a better quality hotel & experience.

Very poor service Apartments are not clean with very old and rusty appliances The manager was extremely rude using dirty language and words when talking to his staff and even to his guests I don’t recommend this so called “Hotel” at all

i never can’t back and sleep for only one night again in this place 🤦🏻‍♀️ oh how much dirty and old room stuff, this only one star for building outside view.

Beautiful hotel , good workers anytime can help , but I have 1 advice to director : you must look which towels your workers give to clients and need repair sockets and doors.

Near airport...on the main airport road...very near to al saha luxery restaurant...you can reach lot of good places from tge location..beautiful well decorated rooms..organized..respectful..relevant..

Decent room for throwing weddings, low-to no cellular connection in the rooms below ground.

Personal Are unfriendly and room is dirty and staff deduct their worth and if you pay 50 dollars and you get no water extra 30.000 worst hotel in the world
