Amazing pool and rooftop. Room quality wasn’t great, I think the hotel needs to invest more to renovate their rooms especially their appliances. Make sure to check the room before booking.

Really nice hotel, owners & staff good. Everything clean. Not many in restaurant or bar. In May but will be in summer. Would stay again. Were there for two weeks. Plenty of restaurants close by. You won't be bored. Great swimming pool on roof. Nice food.

Overall, very good value for money. The hotel is just by the sea, and has amazing view. In terms of facility and customer service, I give them 5 stars. The pool on the roof is just amazing, and the staff are so nice and helpful. They can give you very good tips, and they are always very friendly! The only concern, particularly for women, is the neighborhood. We went out walking and we were harassed by multiple cars, this issue could be overcome by using taxis, which are easily accessible, and can be even arranged by hotel for safety. Those who smoke shisha will be pleased to know that you can smoke on the rooftop (while in the pool), or in the lobby. Additionally, just opposite the hotel, there is a restaurant that offers Lebanese food, with good prices. One more plus point, in the same area of the hotel, you can do many activities, including paragliding and cable transport that takes you to one of the cities landmarks.

One of the best restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay celebrating our 3rd anniversary, the location is perfect and near everything.. The téléphérique and paragliging and Casino du Liban. The rooms are big and clean, and have a beautiful veiws from the balcony. The pool on the rooftop was Amazing, it have a view direct to the sea and mountains, it's a small pool but Must try it. The breakfast was average but the lunch was perfect. They have generators, so even the electric current turns off..just seconds and it come back by the generator. We really enjoyed.

They cheated us with the hotel taxi and paid 50$ from the hotel to the airport and it’s 20 min by car which is the triple price of uber taxi. The breakfast buffet is very old like from the 90’s you pay 10$ for just eggs and some cheese. Cheaters never again in this hotel.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 10 days, 3 in the sea view room and 7 in the mountain view room. Our planned trip was for only 3 days but we had to stay for 7 more days, and the management was so understanding and accepted our request to downgrade the room and gave us a good rate .. special thanks to Mr. Fadi and Ms. Marynelle. *Rooms are just what you need, not that modern, but you won't need anything more. ( Maybe they need to renew the hairdryers). *Room service and cleaning are top notch, fast and friendly. *Rooftop pool is spectacular, maybe the most fascinating view blenind the sea and the infinity pool together, with the assistance of two friendly and kind bartenders. *The fitness center is good but not that special, so you can keep your workout going without any problem. *Activities nearby: we tried the paragliding, which you can find offices near the hotel, and it's highly recommended. And we went to Harissa by the teleferique, which is 200 meter from the hotel also. All in all, we will come back for sure.

We had a fantastic evening, the staff were so friendly and hospitable, excellent location, bugs rooms and gorgeous views of the sunset (didn't make it for a sunrise!). Kaslik was a shirt walk away where there are a number of cool bars and restaurants, or if you want to go a little further the hotel arranged a taxi who had some lovely seafood restaurant recommendations he took us to. Really looking forward to coming back in the summer. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay Princessa and the lovely staff. Nat & Tom

Been there few times. Great stay. One of the good choices in the area. Everything you need is available. Pool available on the roof, gym and spa also available. Nice sea view from the pool on 9th floor. Stuff is helful and polite. Rooms are clean nicely decorated. Free wifi. The only thing needs improvement is the air conditioning. Not all maybe but the one in my room was old or needed maintanence. Otherwise everything is great.

We booked 2 rooms during our stay, one of the room needs desperate upgrade. On our first night we had a visitor, good size cockroach hanging on the drapery. Another visitor "call Girl" stooped by on another night it seems like she had the wrong room number. Breakfast was delicious the best we had in a while in Lebanon. the Cleaning staff was great she cleaned our room daily with a smile on her face. the Front desk need training on how to communicate with their customers.

Really enjoyed my time here! The staff are super lovely and accommodating. They gave the best recommendations for nearby activities and attractions. The breakfast was amazing and the views from the rooftop pool were breathtaking!! I also really enjoyed the sushi. This is a great hotel to stay if you are looking for an easy getaway. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it had everything I needed and the rooms were spacious and comfy. I'll definitely be back!

It has been a long time from my last visit to Princessa Hotel but the service was still maintained in all levels. Upon my check in Rita at the front desk was so welcoming as they offered me a complimentary Honeymooners set up, for sure i recommend this hotel and willing to come back in the near future

It was our 3th and last stay at this place! First time we had a discussion about the breakfast in the room and they solved it, all good. This time we got really disappointed and crapped. I just give u one advice, don’t even think to get a Taxi from them or not even to get one from outside around the Hotel… they will charge u 3-4 times higher. In our case 50$ to the airport and the driver said yes this is the Hotel rate, after an complain at the Hotel they first said the driver cheated us and afterwards that they are not responsible for the Taxis outside. They didn't even want to come forward to find a solution, instead preferring to alienate regulars. The owner is an old money-hungry guy who reflects his personality in the hotel as it was in the 1970s, the breakfast buffet is certainly not worth $15 For anyone who like to be treated like an animal, this is the best place.

I stayed in many places but this one stands out in quality, service and making you feel at home. Rooms have all an own style and identity and Beirut is a short ride away. Highly Recommended!!!
