Very good hotel. In fact it’s worth a 5 star hotel. Clean, room comfortable, with A/c , bathroom is very much comparable to a luxury collection. From now on, IT IS MY #1 hotel in Hargeisa. Good job.

I got there around 5:10pm and ended up leaving there at 7:27pm. It took the waiter close to 30 minutes to come to my table, took another 20 minutes to bring our order and yet another 30 minutes to order a takeaway and to receive the order 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ It was so frustrating. I’ve dealt with this delayed service with other restaurants whilst here in Somalia (land) but this one was excessive. This hotel is pretty gorgeous and I’d say the best looking one out of all the hotels in this city but unfortunately they forgot to train their workers.

Absolutely stunning location . Stunning interior. Best hotel in Hargeisa in my opinion. AC , bed and breakfast. Most importantly great staff, always there to solve any issues. Hotel facilities and service people are good, the service time is ABSOLUTELY TRAGIC. Waiting time for orders ranges from 1-2 hours to not getting it at all. Just get food from outside and if they say they have something, that means very good chance they actually don’t. Won’t ever order food here even if I stay again in the future.

Very clean rooms, head a great view. Very close to alot of shop center, . The staff is amazing, especially Khadra. Keep up the good work.

There is plenty of room of improvement for the restaurant. We were told you can sit certain tables only if you are buying dinner. The dinner arrived cold. Waited for a waiter to rewarm the food for 15 min. We had to find one when none came. There is a lack of accountability at the restaurant.

Their food is little bit above average and the overall sight of the place is scenic with greenery areas outside. The interior is well decorated.
