I never tried Thai food before and wanted to give this a shot. I really don't want to critique the food that I didn't like because I don't have anything to compare it to and I think it was more of my own preference that made me dislike it. I got the coconut soup and it was pretty amazing, a huge portion with large chunks of mushrooms and chicken! It was really good, my 18 month old daughter liked it too. My hubby got the spicy lamb which he really liked but that was another thing I'd never had before and I didn't really love the sauce. I think the food is good and I imagine it's authentic. I don't have much of a basis of comparison. However, I did remove a star for the rudeness of the gentleman on the phone and at the window. He was short, sharp, and was yelling to me a lot. I thought maybe he could be hard of hearing and I was making excuses for how he treated me on the phone, like maybe he wasn't hearing me, but he yelled at my husband on the phone too. I don't like ordering from places that make me feel like an inconvenience. Food is good though, will try again another time. Very extensive menu with a lot of different things to try and most options are vegetarian or can be made vegetarian, and are health conscious. I recommend the coconut soup!

I really really love the food! My favorite is papaya salad Thai style. That’s pretty good. Because only papaya and little small tomatoes. Many Thai restaurant ‘s papaya salad has a lot of carrots and green beans. But this papaya salad is not like that. It’s real one. I like Pad thai also. I am never ever tired this good Thai food here.

So good, so filling, so much. Considering it feeds to people, it's really not that expensive. Suggest calling in the order because nothing is pre-cooked & takes a minute. But well worth the wait.

Updated review: Three years later and this is still some of the best Pad Thai in the city! Spicy Lamb plate and egg rolls are a hit too. Prices are very affordable for this economy. Everything is made fresh so be patient with "Ma"! Be sure to order a Thai Tea also. Best Pad Thai in town!

We have been coming here for over 9 years now! We've moved much further away and will make the trip here if we ever want Thai even though we have one around the corner. Fresh herbs and produce is grown LITERALLY outside where you sit and they've added a cute bench under the vines if it ever cools down. The people are lovely and food is always amazing 🥰

We love the red pork friend rice, drunken noodles and chicken egg rolls in this place. The portions are big. Everything tastes fresh and delicious

I always get the pad thai and it's great. But I order it wet and still get almost no sauce, it's super dry. My boyfriend got the drunken noodles and the vegetables were hard and undercooked.

I was so excited to try this restaurant, but when I arrived I was greeted by an older gentleman at the window. The guy was so rude that I didn't want thefood anymore. It was too late to get a refund so i took the food. Thank goodness my food tasted okay, but unfortunately I will never return. Please get someone else to take orders otherwise you'll lose customers. I really had high hopes for this establishment, but after I received the rude treatment from the older man, which is the owner, I will never come back. Website and Google menu isn't "updated". 😖🙄

Waited 37 mins for a three-item order and there was nobody there when I arrived but 4 or 5 others showed up behind me. The food was very bland and to be honest it was the worst I've had probably ever and I've tried 3 other local Thai places and several others throughout Texas, Florida, Hawaii, and California. The reviews for this place failed me this time. To make the whole situation worse and what caused me to leave such a bad review was the really negative attitude of the guy at the window. He looked like he was having the worse day ever and I was nothing but kind and respectful. He seemed like that with everyone including the call in orders. I get better customer service at Mc Donald's and Taco Bell.

Fantastic food!! I’ve been to Thailand and my wife and I had an amazing Thai place where we used to live. This place is on par with some of the best Thai restaurants, probably in the country. Their hours do vary and they typically close at 5pm, make sure you check their website. They are also super friendly and have vegetarian options.

I love the egg rolls here. VERY friendly and welcoming environment whenever I go.

I am thoroughly impressed and amazed at how a small town mom and pop restaurant delivers BIG! Yes, food is fresh, hot, and tasty! No small shrimp in my to go order. This is my second visit. I will return again and again. Also, When my mom is impressed with her meal, I’m happy!!! She has difficulty chewing tough foods and she ordered peppered steak and I’ll tell you, she said her steak was so tender!!

This was my first time going here. It will be my last. I’m not sure how the food is because I wrote this review right after I got back in my car. They charge you .75 for sweet and sour sauce. It was explained that because they put some in the food while it’s cooking, so that’s why they don’t give out with the order. If I ordered wings then I could sauce free of charge. That’s like telling a customer they charge for salt. I mean we know all restaurants cook with salt. How do you determine what’s enough sauce for someone. After spending 15.00 that should be whatever the customer would like. Seriously, I will not be back

First time and the food was so fresh and delicious it was as if I'd never had Thai before! Definitely returning - a must try. I'm happy they do not deliver or it would be bad for me.

It's always a place that is hidden that puts out authentic Thai food, parking is limited but over my dish hit the spot.

This is the ONLY place to get amazing pad Thai in killeen. Best in town hands down and the Thai tea is top notch too!

We ordered the pork dish to try out, but it was too smelly. Couldn't eat much. Also when he say it takes 15 mins, realized it take more than 30mins everytime.

I recommend ordering ahead as it is made absolutely all fresh when ordered. I have been going here for years and I love it. My family enjoys the Thai noodle soup, drunken noodles, green curry, egg rolls, bbq, spicy fried rice and Thai tea.

I’m not one to play with fire but this place makes me want to commit arson. If you want the Pad Thai that was praised in other reviews, let me assure you that eating a handful of dirty nickels would be a better experience. At least then you’ll get some kind of exposure immunity with the taste as opposed to a full meal you have to waste because the first bite wasn’t near edible.
