This has been by far the worst visit ever. I did not even get to eat. I will make noodles when I get home 🤦🏽‍♀️ How do you bring me an uncooked 23oz Porterhouse T-Bone that I asked to be medium well. Then you go back and bring me a burnt steak. I understand you are busy as you always are but to tell me it’s because your rushing shows you do not truly care about your consumer. Then give me a dinner for two that total can’t be more than $30 just was an insult as what I ordered was $31 and some change. Make it make sense!!!! Also my drink was messed up AGAIN. Well noodles I’m on the way 🧐 Update: Spoke with the manager or hospitality manager Amy and stopped by today 6/7/2022 and the service, food, and drinks were A-1. Our server was Brooke and she did an amazing job. Thank you for a better experience in your establishment.

Not a fan of the blaring music, can’t even have a conversation without yelling. Service was good. Food was tasty and fresh. The dinner rolls one cannot stop eating.

We visited this Texas Roadhouse last night for dinner with about sixteen people. We requested and waited for an area to be able to eat at the same table but instead we were given three separate booths for our party. We had several orders of Chicken Fried steak, Grilled Shrimp dinners with seasoned rice, and sweet potatoes with marshmallows, steaks, Catfish platters, Salmon entrees, Steaks and Ribs and Caesar and House Salads. We had lemonade, sodas, teas, and water for most of the drinks. We were served baskets of hot dinner rolls with honey butter when were seated. All of the food was tasty with ample portions served. Would definitely return again and would certainly recommend this location. Lupe was our Server with great customer service!

Awesome restaurant, quality food, and big servings make this place worth stopping by. Inside it's very homey, clean and inviting. The server and staff are super friendly. The food is delicious and not too expensive, with complementary rolls. They have a few alcoholic drink choices which aren't too bad. The only real negative I have is that there can be a long wait time, especially on the weekend. I highly suggest getting an reservation if you're coming by on the weekend or a holiday.

The food was delicious. The only thing it did not make sense is that we asked for to-go containers, the waitress got them and she took my salad away. I was planning on taking my salad to go. Other than that, everything was fine.

Was trying to get on the waitlist when the girl told me to hold after I told her that we are a party of 9 and after being on hold for about 3min I’m guessing her manager or head hostess was talking to me and asked me how far out I was I told her 25min and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to check in 15min which seemed a little confusing to me because I let her know that we were 25min away anyway we are literally about to be on the loop to get there and they call me and let me know that they can’t hold the table but they have another one that’s about to get up so I let her know that’s fine and she lets me know that she can’t sit us unless we are all there which when I first called they mentioned that to we get there I go inside and go up to the hostess stand no “hello welcome in” no smile or nothing I proceeded to let the girl know that we were on the wait list and she asked me if everybody was there and I let her know that they were in the parking lot and she said that the table wasn’t ready yet cause who ever was there before us hadn’t got up yet so we waited about 3 min and like half of our party was inside the building by the hostess stand while we were there a hostess went up to my FIL and told him that she couldn’t sit us cause our party wasn’t complete then 3 min later he tells her that our party is all there and if we could be seated already since she said that we couldn’t be seated since we were incomplete and she tells him that she never said that when I was standing right there listening to the whole thing go down after a couple more minutes of just standing around by their meat market/to go area our table was ready it was a long booth with a small table at the end which was pretty uncomfortable for a table of 9 but we made it work out waitress was friendly and attentive we couldn’t really hear her cause the speakers were way to our where we were sitting and she couldn’t hear us either The rolls are sooo good! Along with the butter!! The food was soo delicious and worth the wait this was my first time ever dining at a Texas Roadhouse and I was always told that the food there is always so good and it did meet my expectations but it was not up to par with the service

2/5/22 Been trying to go here forever but it’s always a hour and half or more wait, decided to try today and it was only about 20 min wait. My mom had been wanting the cactus blossom, it was good 👍🏽 And those darn rolls with the cinnamon butter omg, addictive. They was fresh and HOT HOT HOT. I had the chicken critter salad, yummy… my strawberry lemonade was delicious, even got it to go and some rolls to go too. Special shout out to our waiter, DahJahn “DJ” was a ball, had us laughing, was super attentive and friendly. Made us feel like we was more then just customers. People like him is what makes people like me want to come back to a restaurant. Thanks DJ. Keep up the good work and keep making folks smile 😊 you did an excellent job with us today 👍🏽👍🏽

We came to ft. Hood to welcome our son home from deployment. He wanted a good steak so he suggested texas roadhouse. I've never seen him enjoy a meal as much as he did today. The staff was awsome and super attentive. The bread rolls are so good you better be careful you don't get full on bread. The decor was exactly what you would expect from a texas steak house. Restrooms are super clean and our table was also very clean. As you come in to the restaurant you can see the kitchen staff preparing steaks and other meals through a clear window. Very cool feature in my opinion. Great job texas roadhouse.

Our waitress was awesome. Very cheerful, helpful, and on point to help us. She made it a pleasurable experience for my wife and I.

The hostess was phenomenally good at introducing options of steaks, our server Kayla her customer service was superb, and we had the personal manager (Amber) attention. Overall an excellent dinner experience.

At Texas Roadhouse, the house-made rolls with signature cinnamon butter are consistently spot-on. The steak was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the loaded baked potato held its own. The Caesar salad was okay. While the service was average, there are no major complaints, and I'm inclined to visit again.

Amazing time every time we come to a Texas Roadhouse the service is always amazing throughout the country and the food excellent. Not to mention the positive feeling all around thank you Texas Roadhouse(also I had a lime Margarita a blooming onion and broccoli so I had fruit and vegetables for dinner.)

Everything was wonderful about Texas Roadhouse. Our waitress Alicia was adorable and very helpful. Her bubbly personality was quite unique. The chicken fried sirloin and loaded baked potato was delicious. We also had the blooming onion appetizer and a salad. We were the first customers in the door and felt like royalty because of our waitress.

OMGOSH, the BBQ chicken dinner is so yummy: chicken was tender and perfectly flavored, the loaded mashed potatoes had just the right amount of sour cream to make the taste pop, and the mango sweet tea did just the trick to satisfy my taste buds. We had such a great experience tonight. Nisha made the visit even better. She was attentive, courteous, and professional. If you haven't tried this meal, it's worth trying.

Honestly, I was very disappointed. I expect a Texas Roadhouse IN Texas to be great.. We sat at our table waiting with no silverware or plates for a good 10 minutes before anyone came over. Once she arrived she was a great server though. The food was not good at all. Nothing was cooked properly and it was lacking in flavor. We did get a voucher which was nice, but I never want to use it or go back. The service was great from wait staff and the managers, but these cooks need a little more training or a refresher.

Despite a slight delay in service, Texas Roadhouse Grill left an overall positive impression. The exceptional quality of the food and the lively ambiance more than compensated for the wait. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.

Always great food, best rolls of course. Although I had to send 2 steaks back for preparation issues, the service is always fantastic. The employees are engaging and friendly, which is what I love about this location. Nevertheless, as a frequent customer, this location is by far one of my most consistent dining experiences that I have had in this town. 10/10 recommend!

The greatest server we have ever had at any restaurant. Her name is Karena and was beyond wonderful. Never had to ask for any drink refills, rolls and her attitude was terrific. This is the best place I have ever eaten. Excellent service and excellent food. When I got the bill I expected it to be much higher, but it was much cheaper than our family’s typical pizza delivery order. We came down to Texas last month from Canada, and this was the best place to eat across both countries. We will definitely be back.

You can't go wrong with the Roadhouse! We've been going there for years and it is always amazing! And the prices are very reasonable. It is well known so of course there is a little wait for a table and it is not "fast food" so you will have to wait a minute for your main meal to arrive. But drinks, and appetizers show up fast alone with hot rolls.

The food was excellent! We all ordered different things, but everything was delicious. I had a grilled chicken salad minus the cheese, and it was prepared perfectly. We ordered two appetizer platters and added fried pickles on one of them. Our party ordered ribs, grilled shrimp, rib eyes, grilled salmon and dessert. The service was also great. Our server was very friendly and attentive. He made sure that we had everything we needed, and he was always checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal. One thing to keep in mind is that this restaurant is very popular, so be prepared to wait for a table. We waited over 30 minutes for a table of 7 on a Wednesday but it was worth the wait. The restaurant was packed, and it was clear that the food was a hit with the other patrons. Overall, we had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great steak or a fun night out

Today we went to go eat at Roadhouse. Out waitress was extremely slow. She was not very good at being attentive. After she took our order she never brought out our chili as an appetizer and almost 37 minutes later the entire meal came out altogether. During that 37 minutes she never once came back to check on us with drinks or anything. It was the worst experience I think I've had at Texas Roadhouse in many years. We originally asked for a server we had good service with and they told us he was not there. After being seated we saw him working on staff so I'm not sure why they told us he wasn't working. I don't think this girl should be doing secret work. She struggled being tired time to even smile which was definitely a Debbie Downer. I'm sure I speak for most of us when I say the price tag for a meal has gone up and this was definitely not worth the money. Over a $60 bill for two people and I got terrible service. I don't usually mind spending the money but when I have terrible service it kind of makes me feel like I wasted my money for nothing. I work hard for my money and when I go out to treat myself and my spouse I expect to have a good experience. This was definitely the disappointment.

Our server tonight was a sweet lady named Dana. Today I celebrated my birthday with my family and she made our night go by so smooth and entertained my 3 little boys. Texas Roadhouse will forever be our spot because of awesome people like her.

I highly recommend dining at this restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the service is top-notch, and the food is absolutely delicious. From the appetizers to the desserts, every dish was expertly prepared and full of flavor. The menu offers a great variety of options, accommodating different tastes and dietary restrictions. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would happily repeat

Texas roadhouse has been a favorite of my family and I for over 10 years. We go here quite frequently to dine in, but especially for takeout. The food has, for the most part, always been good and the service is again, for the most part, very nice. I believe it will always be a fan favorite of mine. if you were looking for a little slice of Texas, Texas Roadhouse is the perfect place to go. for the price, it's a pretty good deal. Especially if you're coming here for the first time, you won't be disappointed.

Several parties were going on tonight but that did not stop our waitress from doing an amazing job. Our food came out quickly and even though it was crowded the atmosphere was pleasant with laughter and joy. I applaud Texas Roadhouse for providing a nice datenight with the hubby.

Had an awesome time and Kenya was the highlight. She was patient and answered all my fiancé questions and was very attentive. The staff as a whole seemed to be very helpful and happy to be there. The food was good as usual so the dinning experience as a hole was awesome.

The food is better if you dine in, I don't recommend (to go) simply because the portions seem different and the care for the food. Other than that I love the food and selections inside this place, definitely good fun environment for a quick date night out or a family dinner!
