The hotel itself was pretty decent, especially for the price. What was outstanding was the incredible customer service. Anthony at the front desk took the time to know the guests and went out of his way to be kind and helpful. Really appreciated that touch to our stay. Thank you!

This hotel is not at the same level as others under the same name. For the price, I expect higher quality. The hotel itself has a small layout, making many areas feel claustrophobic. I had a suite, which was also small. The A.C. in my room did not work. The front desk sent up a fan, and with the one I had brought with me, that made the room bearable. The breakfast was terrible, terrible. On a positive note, housekeeping was on their game in keeping the entryway freshly mopped.

Staff was nice but the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The couches and furniture were filthy and falling apart. Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Saw several bugs, including tiny roaches so it’s probably infested. We cut our extended stay short after 1 night. I have never experienced a staybridge like this, they are usually lovely hotels.

After me and my toddler son missed our connection flight , we booked a room here and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and let me tell you they had to deal with a lot of disgruntled exhausted travelers . They were so kind helping with any and all questions. And the room was clean spacious and all around very pleasing. Definitely recommend this hotel to any and all travelers .

Staff was friendly but the only reason we stayed here was the airport shuttle, it did not show up at the airport when we arrived and then even after booking it a day in advance to go back to the airport it just left the neighboring hotel without picking us up as apparently it was full. If no one plans the amount of passengers whats the point of prebooking? Cost us 40 dollars extra in Ubers due to a lack of organization. Consider this hotel to be without an airport shuttle.

This was the most horrible experience. It was like an oven upon arrival at the front desk. I should have known from the portable air conditioner that this was not going to be good, but I gave it a shot. It had been a long day and I was tired. The GM who was there switched my room from the 3d floor to the 4th floor, gave me another set of sheets per request. I came back after getting something to eat and stayed less than 2 hours. The smell was unbearable plus there was a sign in the elevator indicating that management would come into rooms looking for carts, even if there was a do not disturb sign on the door since they have lost some and have been unable to find them. What?!! So, you're just going to disregard my privacy looking for a darn cart. If you don't mind sweating or bad smells for $89/night, this is your place. Lesson learned. If you don't feel good about anywhere you stay, particularly here, don't swipe your card. You won't get a refund. I cancelled the rest of my stay.

Room furniture was dated. The shower overhead had a leak but overall the room was great. Swimming pool was awesome and the breakfast was average.

We had an amazing stay here, Anthony was super helpful and awesome! We only stayed for a night but the room was clean and fresh and comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast they had. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This is a great hotel to stay in.. I stayed with my family and 2 kids.. having a kitchen is definitely helpful when you have a kid that can't eat everything. I give 3 star review because I booked my room 2 weeks in advance and when we got to the hotel our room wasn't available. We had to pay for 2 different rooms instead of one with 1 beds and a sofa.

Made reservations a week and half prior to our arrival. After driving over 12 hours with our 4 and 3 year old. We arrive only to be told the room we booked is not available!!!! Then William tells us the hotel next door (Holiday Inn) has the type of suite we requested. We walk over to Holiday Inn and guess what?!?? They didn't have what we needed. We booked a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and sofa bed with kitchenette. Holiday Inn doesn't have any kitchenettes in their rooms! We need the kitchenette in order to cook for our youngest son due to swallow issues he was born with! Now we are stranded and trying to figure somewhere to stay!

Choose another one, really. First time ever we moved out earlier. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. No room service on weekends. Smelly carpet. Everything is pretty used. Breakfasts were good. Location is pretty close to IAH.

We stayed Oct 13 thru the 15th. While the service was amazing at the hotel the room was very dated. The toliet rocked back in forth in one bathroom. We could hear the people showering above us at odd hours and every step they took. The door handle on one of the bedrooms was broken. We also kept getting woke up to the sounds of something from the room above that sounded like vibrations. All and all when we come back to visit I would definitely stay somewhere else. Based off the fact that sleeping was difficult with all the noise and I didn't like feeling like I was going to fall off the toliet everytime I set on it.

As IHG members we didn't book under our names, because we were with a group of about 30 other travelers from Michigan. Special shout out to Anakaren because when It got pretty busy once we had arrived the phone was ringing also, not to mention I was inquiring about room accommodations. She not only held it down, her spirit remained nice and sweet. We frequent the Staybridge location in Ann Arbor Michigan near our home just for the fun of it. Best hotels hands down if you want plenty of space, a place to feel at home, and great food, and coffee. Staybridge you rock!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room smelled strongly of smoking, but was otherwise comfortable. The continental breakfast was great all around. Check-in and -out was simple and fast.

The location wasn't that great. Not much nearby in walking distance. Rooms were very clean, and they had an excellent breakfast selection. They did not have an ice machine and the water in my room came out warm, not cold.

PROS: The staff is friendly and the breakfast is nice. CONS: Our room is dirty and has multiple things that are broken. We found this big wad of hair on the floor so I guess it hasn't been vacuumed well. The room is hot and we have the AC set to cool and it's not working. The room smells musty and there are bugs and the sheets were dirty. When we asked for new bedding we were given a comforter that was still wet and ripped. The hotel is next to an interstate so it's pretty noisy which might be a concern for some, but it's to be expected with the location. It also has this notice of violation that is dated for September and it's currently December so I guess they don't care to fix it? We prepaid so we're stuck here for another night but I wish we would have booked somewhere else.

My room was clean and it was quiet. The kitchen area was the best, just like home. Better lighting and a bigger television would have been great, though. The carpet was a little worn, the shower was absolutely too small and the hot water left something to be desired but all in all, I enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

Place is clean and very organized the complimentary wine and beer and food are good to. Will stay here again. The staff was very polite and even offered us an upgrade for free. You must try the breakfast it is a huge variety and highly recommended.

Staff is great as well as the service. Rooms are good and spacious. Fully stocked with utensils to cook meals. The Manager Anthony always does a great job with any requests in reason. Or any issues that arise. It's my go to hotel in the area.

Beautiful hotel suites. Large walk-in shower. No tub. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and had all the basics that could have been used to make up a few meals had we been staying long. We only had a one night stay, but I so enjoyed everything. I had trouble with our room key, but Sébastien at the front desk came up and helped, and all was well after that. We had a quick shuttle to the airport to pick up a rental car. The driver warned us about recent thefts of catalytic converters and told us to park in front or where the cameras could see. We bought the extra insurance on the car just in case and parked in front of our huge moving van near the front gate at the side of the property but facing the street and under the cameras. This is the reason for the lower location stars. Otherwise, it's super close to the airport. The breakfast bar in the morning was great. It offered much more than many hotels I've been to. The hallways are very warm, but it is Texas in summer. The elevator and front entry had a slight smell of weed, but it was not in the room at all. Super clean, super helpful, friendly staff, super comfortable beds, and a good place to stay.

From the moment I arrived the staff was incredible! And friendly! Even the maintenance man was friendly. Breakfast was better than most unless you want biscuits and grave 🙂they did not have biscuits nor gravy which was fine with me. They had blueberry waffles, fresh fruits, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage, bagels….and several other foods. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I will go back next time I am in Houston.

When we arrived the power was out due to a freak accident nearby so no fault on the hotel for that. They locked up our luggage behind the counter until power was restored and we went to a nearby mall. When we finally checked in my room had trash and food everywhere. Trash cans were full and the counters, tables, and bathroom sink were covered with plates of food and drinks and no bed sheets or towels were in the room. It's understandable that the room might've been lost in the mix when the power was out. The breakfast is actually pretty good. The free food at the Monday-Wednesday social hour was actually pretty decent, we had chicken potstickers and pretzel bites with cheese dip one night. They offered Shiner Bock and Michelob Ultra but were only able to get one tap to work at a time so they alternated every night but they also had wine. One guest told me they had pulled pork on Monday night when we weren't there. The hotel shuttle that goes to the airport is very helpful and took us to our job site every morning and back every afternoon by special request. The drivers were all very accommodating and had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The hotel staff was mostly good. Anna who worked in the morning was very nice and helpful. The woman with very bright red hair was actually extremely rude and short with us but I only interacted with her early in the morning checking out on our last day. Overall the rest of the staff was great.

It was convenient and a swift pick up upon arriving. Check in was a breeze, the room could have been better; the shower has been dripping from Monday night when I checked in, made it aware Tuesday morning, Thursday morning and finally Friday morning the manager came to check but it's still dripping Saturday morning. I also had an issue with another matter that Anthony the manager rectified. The breakfast and the sundowner is pretty much nothing to brag about compared to what I'm use to. Location and the price it's alright.

I Love this place!! They provided my family and I with a clean, secure, and private place to stay. Their response to any issue I have is "No problem/ Sure, I can help you with that" ash the front desk. They're quick and they have a phenomenal staff that work together as a team. Breakfast everyday, pool, fax, computer area. Best extended stay experience. I'll never forget it. Makes me happy that I was once a part of the IHG/Orange Lake Resort family

Shawna checked us in when we arrived after a very late flight - she acted like we were seriously inconveniencing her just by showing up. Gave no info on breakfast, amenities etc and only gave us one key. Room was small and badly laid out - could barely get to one side of the bed because the TV unit was in the way. Sofa and desk chair were stained and dirty looking. Shower door was only half attached - had to be really careful when opening and closing so it didn't fall off the rail. Breakfast was ok. Signs up everywhere saying that everyone should wear a mask but not a single member of staff did. If it hadn't been a 1am check-in for a one night stay we would've just left immediately. Used the shuttle to get back to the airport next day - was told it goes every 30 mins, 50 mins later it finally showed up!

Wow, what a difference a day makes. We thought we'd have a nice evening at the pool on our last night in Houston. So we returned our rental car and waited 1 and 1/2 hours for the shuttle from this hotel to pick us up! No apologies or explanations. Then when we got to the hotel (finally!), The pool was disgusting. It was nasty green. The next morning was totally different the shuttle driver came in early to take our family to the airport and the guy at the front desk even gave our kids a few apples since we were missing the breakfast. Hence the two stars instead of one. Either way, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you need a shuttle or a pool. If you just need a place to sleep the room was nice.
