This is a lovely walk along Susquehanna River! We have walked it in Summer, Spring and Fall and each season comes with its own unique beauty! Update as of October 25,2023 A beautiful Fall day. Warm and peaceful. Grateful we are so lucky to experience such beauty! A picture is a 1,000 words and here are the pics!

Always a beautiful place to visit, especially during the perfect weather like the fall. Walking or riding bike by the water is nice and depending on the time of the year you can enjoy different local celebrations and with a short distance across the City Island where there is even more to do and places to go from restaurants and the Senators Baseball.

An absolute pleasure to be there, gorgeous park with river front views, artsy statues, very clean public bathrooms. Wild life to spot by the plenty and also beautiful rocks and crystals to be found! Convenient to access and locate. In a safe area 🙏 Immaculate hiking 🚶‍♀️trails with much to be discovered. I'll definitely be spending a lot of time on the Susquehanna river in general while I'm in the area 😁🤩🤗

Perfect little outdoor venue for big time fun and dancing the night away! Nathaniel Ratliff and the Night Sweats are out of this world amazing! I am starting to think all bands need horn sections! ...and maybe a gospel choir! I have a happiness hangover! Glittery Update- Checked out the SG Goodman and Jason Isbell and 400 Unit show!! SG Goodman has a unique voice! She brought a steel slide player along on this tour which added to the feel and beauty of her songs! She Rocks! Jason Isbell is a force of nature on the gutair...and you get to see a part of his collection! New music from Weathervain is amazing! They really brought the house down with Honeysuckle Blues thanks to Sadler Vaden!!! It's a slightly southern rocked up version..sweet interpretations of the riff the song is based around that makes it next level. Watching Vaden and Isbell playing together is amazing...their own musical conversation, right in front of you! Shout out to the wonderful people around me, especially my bestie for being the ultimate concert buddy! There is light and love everywhere! Another amazing time! 🌌🌟💕💜💕🌟🌌

Saw TAB here. Great show and a great venue. VIP section had a decent spread of food as well. Only complaint was VIP ran out of beer a quarter of the way through the show. Other than that 5 stars.

I enjoy Riverfront Park as part of my city/ Greenbelt bicycle riding experience. Aside from occasionally stepping in human feces from the homeless that frequent this area...and the occasional murder... Riverfront Park is a great place to bring the family!

What a great location for a concert or whatever here. Right by the Susquehanna River. The backdrop is an occasional train that passes by on a bridge over the river. There's plenty of space to roam around so there's never a cramped feeling. Can't wait to see another concert here!

This is a great walking/biking area. Dogs were welcome with clean up bags occasionally placed along the route. Very pretty view.

Saw First Aid Kit and Lord Huron here as part of the Harrisburg University concert series. Very cool to be right next to the river. They do a great job of organizing everything.

Best venue in Harrisburg for a concert...by a lot. Whether HbG university or XL club; just an amazing setting for live music.

Lovely walk by the water, the monuments shed so much light on the history Harrisburg and Pennsylvania! I hope one day I can return when things are blooming. We also saw city workers cleaning up litter, so it seems to be well taken care of :)

Riverfront Park is a great attraction in Harrisburg. Enjoy the oppurtunity to walk along the river, escape the hustle and bustle, interact with community, and learn about the city. Plus, there are numerous great events held here each year.

Amazing place for everyday chills, and events. I went to a roots concert there summer of '23, and I often stroll and play Pokemon go there. Great place for a jog or electric scooter fun.

Great park. Love the boardwalk, although it could use some cleaning. I attended a few festivals here. Nice size, good vibes.

It has changed a lot over the years. Cleaned up a whole lot better. I enjoy all the events that are planned here. I also enjoy walking my dog here. It’s nice walk from city island from the walking bridge especially if you don’t want to pay for parking. It’s great exercise.

Very nice and peaceful park on the river. Relaxing. Especially if you are on a long drive like me, and looking for a quick pit spot.

I like the wildlife along the river. A lot of people jog through the park. The park connects north, and south Harrisburg and is great place to ride a bike.

4th of July in the park. Good food, great entertainment, kids catching lightening bugs and beautiful fireworks to celebrate our country. Well done….

👍👍 A beautiful sacred space, blocks from the Capital. I’ve been to two daily Masses here, and have very much felt at home. The windows are beautiful. The space is also very handicap accessible. A ramp on the left side (looking at the Cathedral from outside) goes into the church. Ample space and a ramp...
