We spent three nights at the Balmoral Hotel and the experience was just fantastic. The booking process was very smooth. We were warmly welcomed by the team who offered us a drink while we waited 10 minutes for our room to be done, and they even offered us an upgrade to their suite. This was such a nice gesture! The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. What else can I say? I can only recommend staying here. It made our trip to Paris truly unforgettable.

Clean quiet room with comfortable sheets; the hotel staff were very accommodating with an 5:30am departure! Great coffee also!

My wife and me really had very enjoyable and lovely stay in the hotel. The reception has welcomed us in very warm and kind manner. The entire team showed great effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is also awesome in the "heart" of Paris - metro station and car park effectively next door. We would come again any time. Thanks for your great hospitality.

Had a lovely stay this weekend at Hotel Balmoral. We were able to check in early and Anne-Claire gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room overlooking the Parisian streets. Anne-Claire was at our disposal the entire time, at check-in, breakfast and with renting their bikes (for free! and a great way to visit all the touristic spots in Paris), so thank you for your great hospitality. Other ++: Bed very comfortable, nice shower, lovely housekeeping, GREAT location and good breakfast! Would definitely book again in the future :).

Myself and my partner stayed here for our 1 year anniversary in mid March. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we had had more than 2 nights to enjoy such a lovely hotel. The room was gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious but the crown jewel was the lovely service from the staff. I would like to sing Anne-Claire and Gabryelle’s praises particularly for their excellent communication which allowed me to provide my partner with a surprise of rose petals on the bed and a customisable handwritten with less than 24 hours notice before our arrival given that this had not been an option when we booked this hotel as a package with eurostar. Hotel Balmoral was a place of calm and professionalism in the midst of a chaotic Paris and this made our trip truly special. Thanks Hotel Balmoral - from the two Monsieurs :)

I miss Paris already however I could not wait to return home to write a review about the wonderful Hotel Balmoral. There is no better hotel to stay in when you visit Paris than this one. my husband and I stayed in France for 2 weeks and while we were in Paris we stayed here. The location is unbeatable as it is close to transportation and tourist attractions but most importantly the service was SUPERB!!! We have stayed in top hotels around the world and the service of the Balmoral is unmatched! We cannot thank Claire, Christian, Marion and everyone else for organizing our rooms, transportation, tours and any and everything else we needed. We have to sincerely thank Claire for all of her help, concern and care while we were there. Everyone's heart to go above and beyond was truly heartwarming. They all made us feel at home. Not to mention there was a wonderful free breakfast every morning and free Wi-Fi. There are so many specific instances of awesomeness surrounding the Balmoral that this post would be super long but we can say that because of our awesome experience at the Balmoral there is no other hotel we will stay in whenever we visit Paris. And we would, and have already recommended this hotel to our family, friends and anyone else that will listen!

Wow I cannot say enough good things about this hotel . All of the staff is excellent and friendly , especially Muktar and the man who helped carry our bags to our room ( do not remember his name ) . The rooms are spacious , clean , and has everything you need available . The location is excellent in proximity to the metro as well as shops and restaurants . Highly recommend

The location of the hotel was great for us. All the staff that we interacted with were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. Our room was on the second floor. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Our view was towards the street. The washroom overall was good. It had two sinks and a tub. The only issue we ran into was the shower door. No matter what we did water got onto the floor. The shower door barely covers half the tubs width.

My husband and I spent a week staying at hotel Balmoral and we really enjoyed our time there! The hotel is located in a super convenient location, where you can walk to Arc de Triomphe within 5 minutes, and there is a metro station connecting you to several lines which takes you to almost every area of Paris. The hotel is in a very nice and safe street that we feel very safe even during the late night. Secondly, our room is new, clean and super comfortable. We booked prestige room and it’s in a very good sized room- we had a king size bed and his& hers sink in the bathroom. Lastly but most importantly, this hotel has the best and most amazing staffs, that makes this hotel so wonder. Every single staff we encountered during the stay is professional, friendly and warm-welcoming. Special shout out to Anne-Clare and Christian, my husband and I are just two ordinary guests but they pamper us and make us feel very special. We truly appreciate that and can’t wait to return to hotel in the future!

Hi, I'm going to write my name as a reference for other travellers and the Google team also to prove it is a real review and not going to break down or such for this business. My name is Tom Jahani and I sent my wife and daughter to Paris for a short city break and chose this 4-star hotel and u be live I sent you to the right place according to our budget. On her second day when she came back to the room she saw the safe box door was wide open, she had some pond and euros with her gold and pass but someone had taken £150 of her cash when she reported to concierge they obviously said it has not happened at the first place in one access to room master keys etc, I phoned the hotel and they said you should email to the owner which owns mademoiselle hotel. I did email the owner and explained to him in brief but the answer was nothing but siding with his worker etc so as my wife and my 9 years old daughter lost their trust and would not go anywhere alone as if could something worse happened to them and the owner team again responding very cold and irresponsible, I would share our experience to not leave any precious thing in the room and have them with you all the time.

The hotel was great, very clean, at a a perfect location and the stuff very friendly . Especially Christian, the main receptionist , so kind and genuinely polite that stole our heart and made our stay feel like home. I forgot a T shirt and they managed to send me right away! This is the perfect choice! Keep on ! I will be back next year for the cosmetic congress and for the experience at Balmoral! Thank you again!!!!

Loved this hotel. Fantastic location near l’Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees and helpful staff. The rooms are modern and the bed super comfortable. Special thanks to the breakfast attendant who is wonderful. The breakfast itself is quite good. The whole family enjoyed it. Our connected family rooms were comfortable and we appreciated having two twin beds in the second room and two bathrooms for our teenage sons. Would appreciate shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms as the shampoo solide was a bit odd to use. My only suggestion is to bring ear plugs or a sound machine if you are a light sleeper like me and request a room tucked away on the 6th floor. I think the hotel would also benefit from quiet hours from 10-10. However, we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!

After Check In they offered a comfortable lounge and a lovely beverage whilst I waited for my room. Totally acceptable as I had arrived earlier than check in time. The room was delightful. Everything seemed completely acceptable. I would have liked a laundry line but no issues with the room or facilities. An iron and ironing board was quick to arrive when called upon. Everything was comfortable and worked as it should. The Hotel's location was minutes from the Champs Elysees, Arch De Triomphe and a view of the Eiffel Tower and most importantly, a Gluten Free Italian Restaurant (Little Nonna's) 2 mins down the road. ( A god send for us GF people). Breakfast was delightful and the staff were so accommodating to my Gluten Free requirements. All the staff were always most helpful and, quick to greet you each time you stepped in the door. It was a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Thank you! If I were travelling there again, I would definitely stay again.

I booked this hotel for a weekend break for my partner's birthday. Excellent service, very clean, excellent location close to the L'arc De Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. Very friendly at check in and as our room was ready although we were early, they checked us in immediately with no issues. Only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the sightseeing boats on the River Seine. Room was excellent as it had windows that would open in to the courtyard and also air-conditioning if needed. Only thing was that the room was tiny but we were only there for a short stay. We needed a taxi to take us to the Gare Du Nord and were struggling with Uber and Bolt. The lady at front desk went above and beyond and called us a taxi immediately which was actually cheaper than getting an uber. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. I have only good words to say about this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Patis and would definitely come back again. Thank you a really enjoyable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I spent a couple of day in that hotel with my Wife. The staff Is very kind, the room and the complementary spaces are clean and beautiful. I really appreciated the breakfast ( Continental/ american with salty and sweety options) and the position ( really close to the underground and champes elysees)

I can not say enough wonderful things about Hotel Balmoral! Mme Dapremont was a gracious host and the accommodations were top notch. Location was amazing and the bed and linens were very comfortable. The petite d'egeuner delivered to my room was lovely and allowed extra long soaks in the bath. I will definitely return for my next trip to Paris. 😘

Brilliant location and perfect service from all members of staff. Kitchen staff, housekeeping, reception - all were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the location was so handy for all the places we wanted to visit. We will happily return next time we visit Paris!

Cute, clean, boutique hotel on a quiet street. Great location. The breakfast is the same daily but sufficient. Hotel staff very accommodating. Thank you Ann...so sweet. Communicated with us before our visit via email, upgraded our room, and booked a cruise tour for us. Housekeeping never knocked before entering first for 5 days but not a deal breaker. The lift can only fit 2 people. My mouth is still watering over those caramel muffins in the lobby My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean, convenient location and recently updated. The rooms are impossibly small. Our room measured 10’ x 11.5’. Difficult to find space for the suitcases.

The room was functional and clean, the bathroom larger than expected. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to a metro entrance, RER A/1/6 for access to sites and the airport. On the weekend, there was a very loud party in the neighboring buildings that went on until the early morning hours (4/5a). The windows are insulated for sound very well, but it could be a problem street side.

I call this hotel my Parisian home as it feels like it. I always go back to it as I am welcomed back like a family member. Service is very professional, room and amenities excellent. Breakfast plentiful. Everyone is very discreetly COVID aware without it being overdone but it is efficient. Location as other reviews have mentioned is excellent and even in the street there is an al night small supermarket and you don’t have to go all the way to the Champs Elysées to find a good restaurants some are around the corner. If you come by car public parking is close by and you can get a discount through the hotel. Thanks to Christian and all his staff for their welcome, professionalism and friendliness. Does Christian ever stop? He is always there when you need him and more than happy to help. Merci à toute l’équipe.

If you are looking for a friendly, comfortable and affordable hotel that is also located in the city center next to a metro stop, Hotel Balmoral is the top choice to make when visiting Paris. The staff is always at your service and the small, but very carefully prepared breakfast buffet will not let anybody leave hungry. The rooms are of course not the size of the presidential suite at the Ritz, but they are equipped with everything you need, including a big safe. In the bathroom both water pressure and temperature will provide you with a perfect shower in the morning. We will definitely book the Balmoral again and we highly recommend it to anybody traveling to Paris.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Perfect location. Just the breakfast could get an upgrade, i.e. the coffee.

We really had a nice stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located, right next to a RER/Metro station and the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees are just few minutes away. We requested for a quiet room and the staffs organized us one. It was perfectly quiet, I couldn't believe that we were in the center of Paris! The bedding was good and we really had a good sleep. The room itself was very well decorated, nickel clean and spacious for Paris. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I would for sure return to this hotel for the next visit. Highly recommend.

Located super close to Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, but the best part is in the details. Bed sheets and towels are amazing quality, you will feel nurture by the cleanses and well-prepared of each room. Hotel Balmoral is a great hotel to enjoy Paris.
