Usually one would feel fortunate to have the attention of a medical professional for more than 15 minutes but this interaction felt like I was being held captive by someone who was well aware I needed help but withheld it and instead forced me listen to him for his own gratification. After nearly 90 minutes of this he wrote a letter to the Service Allergologie at Hopital Tenon that he then sealed and stamped "Urgent". He then instructed me to take this letter to the allergy center at Tenon immediately. As it was a Sunday afternoon (!)
