I found this comfortable, helping and genuine. Staff behaviour is good and i found it very satisfying. Very much near to Green park metro station,just walking for 3-4 minutes. It is just near to HDFC bank,H block.

Pathetic service.........They will make u wait there for hours.......the person on helpdesk is too rude nd is there to misbehave instead of helping people. Focus management should train their people first on how they should behave with patients who are visiting them......I will not suggest anyone to visit this place.

Long waiting time, accompanied by pessimistic approach of the staff. After hours of waiting u may come to know that staff at counter is auditing the prescription and they will definitely find a small mistake and will ask u to visit your doctor once again to get some correction from ur doctor. They behave as if they are from the management, definitely which remains absent or is mostly late. So no one to hear your voice.

Absolutely pathetic place. The staff is rude and full of attitude, no regard for anyone's time...You will be asked to go up and down the three floors just to be sent on the merry-go-round again.Wonder how much money they pay to be on the panels. Save your time and life by AVOIDING THIS PLACE.

Nothing better than a govt charity hospital. They don't give you fix appointment, go and wait there like you are in a charity centre. No facility even after hevy charges. They have well managed doctors and hospitals for patients, but can't manage service. Never saw such ill time management at any pvt centre

Worst Experience in imaging center. Lab attendant asks me to deliver my sample to their laboratory. This happens, when I have taken prior appointment. I doubt if there management overlook anything or not. Sincerely Disappointed.

Focus lab has discontinued their services in Delhi. This lab has taken over by Panacea Institute of Radiology and Medical Services (P) Ltd.

Zero code of ethics. One of the employees here named Munmun verbatim the whole truth to a pregnant lady that her child has died in the womb. She didn’t even used the word fetus for an 7-8 weeks old embryo and directly said to her face during an ongoing ultrasound. Disgusting.

Professional and helpful staff. Not much time consuming and superb services..

Had complete body test there. As per focus report total cholesterol 240, then test repeated from lal path, the total cholesterol was 173. This is very cheap service from focus. Their reports are not at all reliable, I warn all CGHS beneficiaries not to go there because the major footfall comes from there. They are playing with the health of citizens

The ultrasound doctor is always late. Very long waiting time. Paid but could not get my tests done since every time ur in queue and even when ur abt to leak urine they will casually tell u to wait. 6 hrs wasted and couldn't get a single test done.

This place is now Panacea Imaging and Medical Institute. This is on CGHS panel for imaging but not for blood tests. They have fairly decent arrangement but rush is there so waiting for ultrasound and MRI is very long.

Location - 3/5 ( Green park area is super crowded and a lot of traffic ) Parking - 4/5 ( I was able to find easily ) Entrance 3/5 ( There are stairs ) Staff - 5/5 COVID precaution - 5/5 ( All staff was well equipped, automatic hand sanitization ) Interior - 4/5 ( clean ) Approx time - 4/5 ( I believe they have only one MRI machine so it can takes a while but I took appointment before hand so it all went well ) Cleanliness - 3/5 ( The premises were clean but still I was able to catch some weird dirty thing next to the trash can so that is quite disappointing) Value for money - 4/5( Mri is 8000 flat ) - It’s a good lab just entrance needs to be better and access to the lab needs to be improved. - Report time should be immediate or same day at least. - The mri headphones must be cleaned or covered for each individual.

Managerial nightmare, doesn't get worse than this. Takes forever for the doctors to arrive. Will not recommend paying a premium here. The wait times are similar to govt hospitals if not worse. Better to go to max

Waiting since 08:20 am for billing & I think it will take more than 1/2 hour on seeing the pace of billing. God knows what will happen thereafter. Very pathetic and highly unprofessional. Authority should think seriously and do sth for betterment of services

Very worst service and they denied to ultrasound for pregnancy because we have DAK (Delhi Arogya Kosh) authorisation from Government hospital. They say us they have no permission to anyone from Government hospital and mohalla clinic patients test.

Worst Experience. They have zero professional experience and God knows about the Doctors here. You will see visitors panicked and arguing to inexperienced staff on every floor. Had to leave instantly after seeing their pathetic condition.

No doubt it is one of the best lab in South Delhi and for CGHS its a boon...Staff is very nice, very cooperative...just want to add and suggest to the owner & team that please on Saturday and Sunday as Government employees have Holiday and there is rush so please start Ultrasound at 9am and keep 2 ultrasound machines active....bcos Ultrasound starts at 10 people are empty stomach since night...get token at 8 and they get their no at 11 or 12 which creates rush and people are annoyed...For MRI reports and big reports plz provide carry bag like Mahajan, HOD(it cost just 2-5 Rs and I think for a report costing 10,000 and more in MRI cases its ok). Hope U take my suggestion on positive note..Thanks

Unnecessary hype to this place, actually a frustrating lab where you are made to wait for hours just to get a simple test done. Sarkaari lab se kam feeling nhi h. Given a choice, never visit this place. There are numerous labs around Green Park with CGHS and other panels. 😌

We paid 8000rs for MRI-kub, the technician did not even know what slices are to be taken, we were told the reports would be sent by email, so we went back to our city. And they send an incomplete report, saying sorry for the technician. We were not refunded any money/neither did they bother to pick up the phone ever since. Better to go some other place, technician does not even know anything, neither did the doctor bothered to see the prescription of the doctor. Patient had inguinal hernia, they wrote umblical hernia in their report. Money minting cheaters, please all the other worst stars given below.

This was my 3rd visit in focus imaging, 1st time I didn't know that you need to get the token early in the morning so the slot were full. Next time I get early and got the test done but when I went there for report they told me due to error in server report can't be given so either I have to come a day later or get the report from their website once it starts working. Today i.e. on 8th Oct, 2022 I visited Focus Imaging to get the token for my wife and I reached there before 7 am, and I got token no. 12, registration started from around 7:30 when my number came, I was told that today pregnancy scans can't be done as the slot is full. If one wishes to get pregnancy scan done from focus imaging come early in the morning like 5:30 - 6:00 am or you might go home disappointed.

Please do not waste your time and energy here. I booked an appointment for my wife'ultrasound for 8am. Reached there on time and asked at the reception.they told me to take a token for registration. I told them I already have an appointment.they said first you have to do registration and then you only you can get your ultrasound done. I waited till 10.30 for my token and then finally the registration happened.i made the payment. Then they said you have to wait for 4 more hours to get your turn. I told them again that appointment was for 8am. Whats the point of booking an appointment then? Then they asked me to go to their 2nd building. I took my 9 month pregnant wife there. The staff there was even worse. They said female doctor is not available till 3pm. I told them that i want to speak to their Management and that we have wasted so much time. They said no one is available. I finally took a refund and left after wasting 3 and half hours. So please save your time and go to a different hospital.

Service is very poor even after 3 days i didnt get any report.

Bad lab

I had gone to Green Park lab on 7.7.2019 (morning). The young lady who collected blood in the blood sample collection room (sitting in front of the supervisor)in their Green Park Lab (1st floor) is so uncivilised, ill-mannered, illtempered, that i felt very bed throughout the day due to his behaviour.

This Lab is having my outstanding amount more than 4 L Rs since 2021 againt Lab Items ,matter is filed MSME Arbitration Centre ,

Worst Lab visited ever , worst management . Patients from Panel avoid this centre even if you have to visit some other Lab go even 20 km but avoid this Lab Front desk , managers , lab techinican , guard every one sing their own song. I visited for three normal blood tests ..bill persons says test is available ...lab person says its not ...bill person and management says "kal aa jaiye " ..lab person says "jab kit hi nahi to aa ke kya karoge" This Lab gets crowded because of its vicinity to hospital and empanelment which had got to their head ..... Horrible and irresponsible lab ..

Worst ever experience in focus. Too much crowd and you have to wait for hours. Healthy person get sick there becoz of too much waiting time and poor management.

Extremely rude and incompetent staff, unhygienic exterior and interiors, they make pregnant patients wait even after booking appointments in advance and then deny a basic ultrasound for silly reasons, everyone should avoid this place.

Worst place no management,rude staff waiting time more then 6 hrs if you have appointment,if you don't have appointment don't no what will happen with patient.

Horrendous staff. Very rude, blame their incompetence on the customer. We arrived on time, the entry staffed billed me incorrectly, blaming us for not telling them everything, and then made us wait for one hour telling us that the IT staff was booting up their system.

There ultrasound female doctor is really rude.. I had prescription with me but still she was continuously asking me question regarding my personal life. And then she was judging me for certain things. I would say if u r unmarried and have certain complexities regarding your stomach do not go there.

Bad experience,,taking too much time to put the online reports...even for that test which requires not more than 4 hrs to report...increasing inconvenience for the customer to come and collect the report from front desk...we admitt that today due to decrease staff there is problem..but u can improve ur work efficiency with capable staff and waiting time for cardio test is also too long atleast 2 hrs.

Receptionists are very slow like a sloth. They can't even handle 100 people a day. I don't think handling 100 people a day and doing their registrations should be this much slow. For this this they literally take awa day. Haven't they been to AIIMS or any other hospitals. Those guys does registerations so fast. Here, people spend about their 90% time just for registration.

Too much time. I came here for my brothers test as advised by Doctor from Safdarjung Hospital. I reached here at 9:15 am. It took almost 2 hrs and 30 minutes for the receptionist to book appointment for the tests. People often go to some other places as waiting time is too much. I dont recomend this Imaging Centre to those who wants their test to be done on urgent basis. "Please visit somewhere else"

Poor software for registration, most of the servers are down. Around 100 people visit daily and the receptionists are too slow, they do their registrations till 1 PM. TOO SLOW! Other hospitals does more than thousand patients registrations daily and they even don't take this much time.

Horrible experience, total mismanagement, rude staff, poor infrastructure..i mean it is suffocating as it is working in a residential building. Only one thing which they maintained well is their nexus with government doctors who are referring all patients shamelessly to this kind of lab.

I am giving one star because there is no less option than this. Please do not come here for any investigation or scan. They take ur money by 7.30am for investigation and will do the investigation by 5pm only. No doctors are there till 2pm. They keep saying we will call u wait in ur seat and when u fight they next you only but they will never call u. The staffs here are very rude and no one will bother to give explanation once u pay the money.... One of the worst cl diagnostic centre in Delhi.... Please don't go here if u want to do the thing st peacefully. There is no guarantee for ur money and life here. Please don't go here... I don't know how they got accreditation from NABH and NABL without any doctors here....

Worst experience. Waiting time is very high. Even they charged first and then told you the waiting time. Their website is also not working. Online reports not available. No doctor available at the center. Please try another center and check the reviews for the chosen center.

Working team is very lazy.

I reported for my ECG at the centre at 12 o'clock, my number was 27th in waiting, I was told to return at 3:00pm or later for my turn. After returning at 3:00pm, I checked the register where my turn had been listed, I couldn't make out from the register how many had gone through the test & how many in waiting, there was no one to tell when my turn would come, no announcement or token system being followed, employees of the centre were floating around & just nodding their heads without any confirmation of how things were moving, all patients were disturbed & concerned but it didn't seem to affect the staff. There seems to be no system in place, they're just making money by queuing up patients refered by various hospitals and doctors on their panel, they don't seem to value customers time.

Worst place . If u want to get ur hb checked don’t go to focus. Dey price like pvt but worst like govt hospitals

Dear Focus Team please improve it if possible focus Imaging Centre is a pathetic place with full of mismanagement. Staff is so erogant they don't care about patients.

Focus imaging research centre is one of the best imaging centre in Delhi.

You need to wake up early and be there by 7:30am to get your appointment no. Otherwise it'll take a very long time to go through the billing process and all. It's crowded most of the time and the billing desk works slowly. So the late you come the later you'll get your tests done.

No pre appointment facility are provided. Enquired from number provided, it is clarified to come at 7.30 for appointment for usg to be done 8 am onwards. I came at 7.30 done registration , but usg test stated to be started after 9 moreover echo from 10 onwards. If minus rating is there it would be justified for services of focus imaging.

Please don't visit here........for any test very crowded place 4 to 5 hours waiting rude staff no facilities.you can visit HOD in yusuf Sarai which is far better than this.

No body pick up phone after 9pm to now 7am, very bad. No 24 hours service
