The fitness zone is more than a Gym. Very neat and clean GYM fully maintained with a variety of machines for workouts. The GYM staff is very professional especially Mr. Kashif is a very nice and soft person who is always ready to answer your questions and be helpful like during the workout. The best thing Gym remains open 24 hours. One of the best GYM in town.

Best gym in PWD area with High end fitness Equipment with reasonable fee.

I went to many gyms in the area but fitness zone is really the best, very cheap, no registration fee and the trainers are available every time and the best and surprising part is gym is charging no charges for the training. I recommend every one to visit fitness zone once to feel the change.

Fitness zone is the best gym in PWD area. For the fees that they charge which is only 2000 for resistance training and 3000 for cardio with resistance training they provide all facilities that are needed. The first floor comprises of various cardiovascular machines and also resistance training machines the upper floor mainly comprises of resistance training machines with battle rope aswell. Hence the space is substantial enough to hold large audience without making it too crowdy.

It's a well equipped gym open 24 hrs. The environment is great. Perfect for everyday work out!

Best gym,min price .both for male n female. Only gym fee 1500, cardio has complete floor with lot of tred mil machines,cycling machines,gym has up to date machines and weights. Comfortable environment.parking on the back. UPS available,Air conditioned gym. Trainers are also available. Sunday close only.

Coaches are good but don't properly coach the beginners other than its a good gym 3500rs for gym +cardio

Great place for workout. All fancy and basic machines available .Khaleel, and Ali bhai are trainer here and are very humble and cooperative .Khqaan bhai, the owner, is a great human being. Only negative is huge number of people between 8-10 pm. Try to go for workout out of that time space.

Best gym I’ve even been to, staff and people are very friendly. The equipment is in great condition and there’s literally everything machine you can think of. There’s different free weight areas so you never need to wait for equipment. The outdoor area is great and less noisy. Especially khalil bhai is such a nice person and very co operative. I definitely recommend anyone who love fitness to train there.

The 24hr timing is much appreciated. Nice equipment. Cleanliness is maintained. BUT, no dressing room, no lockers, no showers for post workout. Rs6,000 a month should guarantee these facilities. So 3 stars deducted.

I am doing my workout in fitness zone gym located in PWD Islamabad for almost 5 years and i have found very humble and nice personal here specially the gym owner MR khaqan abbasi brother is very nice and humble person and fitness zone is family you feel a good environment everyone is cooperative here my experience of years didn’t make me out of it and when you become a member of fitness zone you can’t leave
