    The food was ok. I wasn't happy at all about waiting at least 20 minutes to be sat in a restaurant that wasn't heavily populated. There was definitely some level of confusion between the kitchen and servers.

    (WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never had as bad as an experience with dining in as this Chili's today. When we walked in it took awhile to get greeted and our drink orders taken. There was a foul smelling odor lingering around the restaurant and we honestly should have walked out then. Our server was not friendly at all and did not check up on us once. One of our dinners had hair in the food and it took almost an hour to get a new one without any updates. We did not receive and refills until we had to ask 3 different times. The cheese was plastic and I could tell my sides for my fajitas were old and not fresh at all. We arrived to Chili's around 8pm and did not walk out of there until 10pm. 2 hours of money wasted. The waiter told us he took the pasta off the bill since it took long but then never took it off and did not return to our table to get the issues resolved. We decided we were not waiting any longer and just paid the bill. This was the worst experience ands I will never go back to this chili's again. The bathrooms had trash all over them, had missing doors, no soap and the doors did not lock. It should not take 2 hours to eat at chili's and it was not even busy. I am very upset and never wish this kind of disgusting service on anyone. No one cleaned our table and we felt cluttered. We put some dishes on the side rail next to us and then they decided to sit someone on the other side of that rail and STILL NOT TAKE THE EMPTY PLATES. The cups were filthy and I am turned off by just thinking about drinking out of them. This chilis has no skill, no empathy and no respect for their customers.

    This particular Chili's did a great job. Our eait was 30min and we were seated in 10. Our server literally had his tables and working the bar and somehow was managing it all. He was great, was very attentive and on top of everything. The food was amazing. I had a 10oz sirloin medium well and it was cooked to perfection with added shrimp, mash and broccoli. My molten ice cream brownie volcano dessert was great also. Love this Chili's 👍🏾👍🏾 *no good pics, was to busy stuffing my face*

    I have to say that the service here is pretty good. However they are under staffed like every where else which does slow it down a bit. The food is always good. I like the chicken crispers and the corn on the cob. It's not many places that serve corn on the cob. They also have great cheesey potato soup and a good chicken bacon quesadilla! Don't forget their great deserts to top it off. Great prices too for lunch or a 2 for $25 and a 3 for $10!

    Check-in, waited bout 10 minutes for order. I had the Mix & Match Fajitas Trio and the Famous Southwest Egg Rolls🤪 The chicken and steak was tender and juicy.😊 Chicken, steak and shrimp seasoned perfectly.🤗 The meal was filling. Ii enjoyed the egg roll on the way home. I'm stuffed 😋

    Had a great dinner here with my love the other night. The waitress was on point and the fajitas were good. I was surprised how good the fajitas were for chilis not really being an official Mexican restaurant but they were pretty good!

    The food was ok but the issue I had yesterday was I had a gift card that was rejected by their system. The waiter said my card was not valid. I gave him my debit card to pay but while he was running my card I called the number on the back of my card. The automated system told me my card had $25 on it. I challenged the waiter with the new information I had and he said he would check with his manager to make sure he ran it through properly. The waiter returned only to say my card must be bad and I should call and ask for another. He asked for my card again so he could print me off a transaction recipt. I gave it to him and he came back with a paper and printed on it was "Balance is not available at this time". My 3 year old grand child could tell you that my card is fine and your system is messed up because your system cannot communicate with the gift card company!!! I was on my lunch and had to go. Lesson today- verify your gift card with waitstaff before htey take your order.

    Food was good, exactly what you expect from Chili's. Server was attentive. The outside of the building is really dark; there are no lights on the building, so it was hard to tell that they were open.

    I went to Chili's for dinner. I was seated right away. The server came over to greet me within minutes to take the drink order. She was very polite, friendly and attentive. I started with lemonade. salsa and chips. The salsa has a kick and the lemonade is really good. I order the Fajita Trio (steak, chicken, shrimp, green peppers, red peppers and onion) with all fixings (beans, rice, cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and flour tortilla) on the side. The food was amazing. It was seasoned really good, hot and fresh. The price is good. The restaurant was clean. However, I didn't give 5 star because I looked over to a neighboring table and a customer was feeding her dog at the table. One of the employees explained that they can't say anything to customers who feed their dogs at the table in a restaurant. I was very uncomfortable. I wanted to vomit! I won't eat there again.

    Came here on a sunday around seven o'clock it wasn't that busy ordered the 3 for me deal. I got a ceaser salad with a 6oz steak, mashed potatoes and upgraded my side to mac n cheese. Was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was. My steak was cooked perfectly and the mac and cheese was so creamy and flavorful. Overall would come here again

    Had to wait 10 mins for waitress to take drink orders. Food was brought to table by a different waiter. Waitress never came to table to make sure food was OK. Not worth the money. Resuraunt had three other small families sitting when we were there. No excuse for such poor service.

    We stopped by on a Saturday night for a quick inexpensive dinner. I tried the 3 for Me $10.99 Special and needless to say I was content with my six ounce steak, loaded potatoes, broccoli, salad and service 🥗😋!

    It’s Chili’s so let your expectations stay there. The triple dipper was great and so was the watermelon margarita. Our waiter seemed a little overwhelmed but did a fantastic job. We could’ve used some more napkins and cutlery earlier on.

    I feel bad rating so poorly because I was in the service industry for most of my highschool and college days but... 20 minutes for drinks... Another almost 30 for our food... The food was decent but you could tell it had sat in the window for too long, the cherry on top was having to call the manager over to find our server for check out. I'd understand the times on a Friday during dinner rush but we came after 7pm on a Sunday.

    I recently dined at Chili's and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the ribeye steak I ordered was cooked to perfection with a flavorful, juicy interior. The mashed potatoes on the side were also delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and overall I had a wonderful time at Chili's. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, casual dining experience with top-notch food.

    Had the best experience here on 12/2/22. My bf asked the man serving us behind the bar what he recommends most on the menu, to which he replied "the burgers, hands down". My bf ordered the bacon ranch burger, and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas (childhood favorite). When the food arrived, I was disappointed to discover that the quesadillas are not what they used to be - a completely different flavor profile/seemingly lower quality chicken and/or bacon. I wasn't planning on saying anything, but when our server asked how the food was, he immediately noticed the lack of enthusiasm on my face and asked what he could get me instead. I ended up ordering a bacon ranch burger as well, which was truly incredible - great recommendation and ability to read your customers. I haven't felt like a server actually cared about my experience to that extent in a while. Definitely will be back for that burger!!

    My salad was old and,wilted so the lettuce didn't have that crunch that it should have had. When i mentioned it I was told that the crunchy chicken caused this to happen. The problem with that response is that the lettuce that the chicken didn't touch was the same way. I have gotten this salad before and someone else at the table had the same salad but not the same issue. We started with one server and a member of our group asked for hot water. They looked at her like they were confused. So she asked for a hot cup of water for tea. Again, the person looked confused. She bought her a beer size mug filled with hot water. When the new server came we had already waited 20 minutes for the hot water so we asked him about it. By the time he came back the water had arrived. When he saw what was brought to the table he looked confused. I had eaten here before and never had an issue. I think this will be my last time dining at this chili 's. Why? Because if you can get a salad right or bring someone a cup of hot water then that's a problem.

    I had the $10 lunch special. Chicken Chipotle Frex Mex Combo w/soup. The soup was a tad bit too salty, I didn't finish it. My daughter had the Loaded fries. & Chicken Alfredo. She had to ask for it to be reheated because it cam out cold. We couldn't enjoy our lunch because it was way too cold in the establishment. We pack it to go.

    Our waitress T was amazing! She made the experience 100000000x better! Hope to see her again! The food was amazing but the staff was the star of the show! For the price this is the best restaurant hands down for dinner and hanging out with friends! We came from Canada today try the food and wow was it worth it!

    Pleasantly surprised by food quality, taste and portion. Used to getting ripped off at fixed menu Airport franchises of Chilli's. Gonna return and keep trying menu. My bartender/ manager was a 17 year Vet of company and was great!!!! I'm glad to have tried and will return.

    I give them effort for the night I went!! But you can tell there was something not working in the kitchen not enough staff or something. My chili was too salty and thick. Also other members I was with had red meat burgers. Although employees were very nice and pleasant. Wasn't difficult to see they had no regular employees there. I think management was helping out. They most definitely put on a good act, they were tired but worked hard for us. Appreciated that very much. We had a large crowd, and thing's are just different these days!! It is what it is.

    Service was great considering there was 1 employee Tom working the floor. He was attentive quick with getting our order in and food to the table. Food was delicious and as ordered. The building needs some work, finishes are starting to look worn and old. Time to clean it up, paint etc...
