SCAMMED!!

buy
a
piece
of
jewelry
worth
370
that
was
discounted
from
600+
euros.
I
explicitly
asked
about
the
returns
policy
and
whether
I
would
get
my
money
back
if
I
returned
within
14
days.
I
received
the
answer
"Yes,
you
have
21
days
to
think
about
it".
Went
back
a
few
days
later
and
sure
enough,
“We
do
not
give
money
back,
only
a
gift
card
or
in
exchange”.
Not
included
here
and
contacted
customer
service,
from
which
I
received
a
simple
email
from
a
certain
Marley
explaining
the
worthless
return
policy;
he
indicated
that
it
was
indeed
not
nice
that
I
was
not
told,
but
that
it
was
stated
on
the
receipt
(which
of
course
makes
no
sense
since
you
will
not
get
all
your
money
back
anyway).
There
was
supposed
to
be
a
sticker
at
the
checkout
with
the
returns
policy,
but
this
was
not
referenced
after
I
made
the
purchase,
so
a
worthless
sticker.
Furthermore,
as
a
customer
who
has
made
a
purchase
here
before,
the
sticker
must
be
very
well
hidden
as
I
never
noticed
it.
After
this
I
contacted
her
again
(the
employee
was
very
unfriendly
and
wanted
to
end
the
conversation
as
quickly
as
possible),
in
the
end
she
showed
understanding
and
indicated
that
she
would
put
this
on
the
email
and
then
send
it
to
“upstairs”.
When
I
asked
when
this
would
be
done,
she
said
she
did
not
know
because
Marley
(the
employee
who
was
supposed
to
be
in
charge
of
this)
suddenly
went
home
sick
10
minutes
after
she
sent
the
email.
When
I
asked
for
the
name
of
the
person
I
spoke
to,
she
said
it
was
in
the
email
I
just
sent
you,
which
was
Marley...
a
week
later
I
contacted
her
again
and
yes,
another
lame
email
saying
that
she
was
nothing
for
me.

By

way,
she
is
almost
the
only
one
in
the
company
who
runs
customer
service
as
I
get
her
on
the
phone
every
time
I
contact
her.

I
went
to
a
jeweler
to
estimate
the
value,
which
came
to
60
euros...,
you
should
consider
a
ring
that
was
initially
exhibited
for
600+
euros.
