A new dentist just took over this practice. Besides being highly competent, which the old dentist was as well, he strives to make the total experience as pleasant as possible, taking away a lot of the hassle of: remembering appointments (by sending a text in advance), paying the bill on the spot, billing your insurance, or even checking your insurance balance beforehand! I can wholeheartedly recommend this updated dentist practice.

Juan Marcos La Salvia is an amazing dentist! He took both of my wisdom teeth in less then ten minutes. It was really quick, didn't feel any pain, no swelling at all. He is also super friendly and caring, makes sure that you feel at ease during the operation. I would definitely recommend him to everyone, especially for expats.

I postponed this visit for quite a while, knowing it would involve a molar extraction. Today I finally went in, Dentist Juan Marcos La Salvia, after examining my teeth, told me my best option is an extraction since the particular molar had no counter pressure on the jaw below it. The fear I had while going in, was completely taken away by Juan as he was so understanding and devoted to make me feel comfortable. The molar was taken out pretty fast and pain free. Most importantly, I left feeling so well taken care of and would definitely be less nervous next time around. Juan is kind, friendly and funny! Also, the assistant Khaled was so friendly and wonderful! This is our family’s dentist from now on!

100/10!! Juan is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced. He is incredibly friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to have been taken care by him and the staff at the practice. I would without a doubt be visiting again!!

I had several fillings done, my girlfriend had a root canal treatment - we are extremely happy with the service we received. Our problems were handled with utmost care, precision and attention to detail. We were fully informed of the entire procedure and costs, and were shocked at the delicacy with which it was done. A root canal treatment is never pleasant, but the way the treatment was carried out left a lasting impression. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone who needs good dental care or is fearful of dentist- we're done looking.

I had already 3 visits at this dentist. First time I already felt it was the coolest dentist I have ever visited!;) I could not wait to come back again haha. Very professional , my teeth were fixed , fast , great communication (also with customer service desk), nice location with parking, amazing atmosphere (recommend Juan Marcos) and laugh. Definitely a recommended dentist! However orthdont was a waste of time. They charged me 23 euros for 5 minute visit where the man said nothing to me , I asked some question and got no answers and I felt like it was not a person I want to work with. So orthdont in my opinion is waste of time and money.

Very nice practice with a friendly and welcoming team. I called for an emergency and within moments I was on the phone to the dentist himself who was every so nice and helpful. They have a very cool whatsapp service which makes communicating very easy and accessible. I highly recommend this practice for an overall 10/10 service!!

After trying more than 14 different dentists in my 13 years as an adultI found 'the one'. Being on the spectrum makes it incredibly hard to trust someone with my teeth and person but they are pulling it of wonderfully here. For the first time in my life I got some small cavities done without anesthetic and felt as comfortable as I could ever be in the chair. He really knows what he is doing, like he promised I did not feel a thing and was up and out within mere minutes! The dentist is a fun and amicable man that has a passion for what he does. Has music on in the room and the interaction with his assistant is beyond anything I've ever seen! Everybody on the team seems happy to be there and it makes the whole atmosphere so much lighter. I can't express how happy I am I found this practice. 10/10 would recommend!

I regret coming here. I came in because I noticed one of my filling was chipped and needed to get replaced but I had no pain whatsoever. After the filling, the tooth felt sensitive and painful whenever I tried to eat or drink. I came back to see Juan Marcos who re-did the filling with 2 shots of anaesthesia. When he injected the anaesthesia it was very sharp and like no other pain I've ever felt before. JM said this was because it probably hit a nerve. I come back to the practice 4 days later as half of my face is in throbbing pain and is affecting my ability to concentrate, go about my daily life, study and sleep. JM says to come back on Friday so his colleague Husham could take a look at it. I come back on Friday and Husham did not have time to see me but JM proceeds to patronisingly lecture me on how I need a root canal but none of this is his fault at all. But how could it have been that I had no pain at all and after the filling I now need a root canal that I have to pay for (as a student with no income). And to have such arrogance that he couldn't even admit to his mistake... I have never had such a bad experience with a dentist. From my experience with dentists in Australia and from talking with friends who are dentists, a root canal is an extreme measure of the last resort. This implies that the filling was done so badly it has permanently damaged my tooth. All of this has been a waste of my time, money and energy. The receptionists are friendly but otherwise I do not recommend this practice.

Juan Marcos is a fantastic dentist - very empathetic, gentle and does an excellent job. He explains everything. I normally hate going to the dentist, but he makes it a comfortable experience. I highly recommend this practice!
