The
Restaurant
Association
of
Jamaica's
KFC
has
been
on
a
rapid
decline
in
all
areas
of
experience
for
the
past
5
years...
Quality
has
declined
drastically,
service
is
basically
nonexistent
as
a
result
of
the
fact
that
the
locations
are
understaffed,
those
who
are
on
staff
seem
as
though
they
feel
like
they
have
the
company
"by
the
balls"
so
they
behave
as
they
please
and
do
as
they
please...
The
atmosphere
of
the
restaurants
are
tense,
miserable
and
hostile
at
times
as
customers
and
employees
go
back
and
forth
in
argument.
The
cost
of
the
meals
is
a
well
known
issue
in
today's
market
and
it's
as
though
the
chicken
pieces
are
getting
smaller
and
smaller!
Plus
that
agonizing
inability
to
get
a
leg
and
thigh
together...
Until
the
Jamaican
KFC
can
come
to
understand
the
importance
of
their
customers
and
do
a
revamp
of
their
employee
training,
renumeration,
good
size
chicken
(none
of
those
3
weeks
looking
chicken),
if
you
want
good
and
worthwhile
meals,
visit
Island
Grill
(not
a
paid
promotion)
based
on
my
experience,
these
are
my
two
cents...
