The manager on duty at this branch on Dec 14 had no customer service 😕, and lacked management qualities. Shouting from around the back while the cashier spoke to a customer. Burger King Caledonia has lost the essence of customer first. Now one can't change harsh browns for fries ....hmmmm bad customer service well tried to the rest of the staff.

Best patties in Jamaica

The service was great. One problem I have is how is that they are operating and food establishment in time like where a person has frequently was they hands and the restroom is temporarily out of service. The burger king management to have this situation rectified.

Played ing my order was quick but the time it took for my meal to be served was half an hour and there were only three customers before me and six after me and the six got through before I did.

I was one of the first customers when Burger King opened promptly this morning. My breakfast was nicely done and the hash browns were the best I have had from any BK restaurants. I also ordered a whopper to take with me and enjoyed it too. This branch is located in the heart of the busy town. The staff was courteous and the place was clean and neat. It's one of my favourite fast food restaurants to go to.

Not only were my nuggets burnt, I also almost choked to death on a piece of plastic I found in the fish sandwich and they had the nerve to ignore my complaint.

There is usually a wait here to get served but the food is worth the wait
