Simply put; External Environment- easy to locate, plaza is easily accessible, calm, quiet Interior- CLEAN , equipments easy to locate and is organized based on their function. For each muscle group I want to work, there is a machine for that. But leave space for aerobics classes Lol If you thirsty- they sell water :D. If u want to go 3am, np. It's 24 hrs. Safety- np code needed to get upstairs to the gym enterance , finger print to get inside the gym itself. PRICE- great deals. My pocket isn't bleeding. ;) Can go on on about how I really like this gym but come check it out for yourself!!!!

Without a doubt, one of the best gyms in Mandeville. It is very spacious, always clean, and contains some of the best workout equipment available. There is always a personal trainer or another member of staff on hand to help you with any questions or concerns. The biometric security system makes the gym safe for working out at any time of day. I wholeheartedly recommend
