    !AVOID! WARNING !AVOID! Just pass on by. The staff were rude, so very rude. We walked in and went straight to the restroom. When we came out of the restroom an employee immediately confronted us. It seemed they were hovering around/outside/near the restroom. They started berating us saying bathrooms are for customers only. Tried to tell them we were going to be customers. In fact I had an app/mobile coupon ready on my phone to use. They kept going on & on. We then decided that we were not going to eat there. As we began walking out the employee said something to the effect - SEE I KNEW YOU WEREN'T GOING TO ORDER or some such. Well not with that attitude and zero customer service skills & utter lack thereof. As we walked out I held my cell phone up facing them showing my coupon code. We are from West Virginia, we didn't just decide to drive 3hrs to your restaurant to just steal/use your commode & toilet water. Burger King is our favorite burger and we always get the Hershey pie. We just know we would rather starve to death before we would ever stop in to your particular BK.

    I ordered online for a pickup order. In theory you order online, pick your pick-up time, and just go to the order pick-up counter to get your food. That's not how it worked for me. I ordered and set my pick-up time, easy peasy. I show up, on time, but there's no order. After searching thier system it apparently never came through. I pulled up my receipt email to prove 1) I was at the right store, on the right day, at the right time 2) I had paid for my order already and 3) I wasn't trying to steal or get free food. After it was confirmed that I really did place an order, the staff said they'd make the order and it would be right out. Twenty five minutes later I finally got my food. And what was this order that took so long to make? Three whoppers, two large fries and a kid's meal. Gee, I'm so glad I tried the "faster" way to order. Being a new store, I was a little disappointed that their tech seems broken already. See the picture of their menu board as an example of what I mean.

    Sat in line for 25 mins just for the new car to pull in and get their order taken before me even though I was there first and already spoke to the guy. Then I got up to the 2nd window and she asked me my order and it was 2 whoppers and a kids meal and I said there should also be a melt meal on there as well and she said I was right. Got my food pulled up and checked it because there was a long line of cars behind me and I was missing my melt the burger that we literally just spoke of so I walk in and get it and they’re all just hanging out talking while there’s about 20 cars waiting for their order to be taken. Got my melt and it wasn’t even toasted at all and all the food I got was ice cold..I’m already not a big fan of Burger King I only went for my mother and honestly just makes me dislike them more.

    Guy working at the first window of drive through taking payment on 8/19/23 @3:25pm was amazing. Happy dude that made small talk while card was processing. Amazing customer service. Not very many people like him anymore. Food was good too !

    3rd time here and once again let down. No ice. Pop is flat. Burgers ultra messy. Employees look unclean and unkempt. Gloves were not worn and employees touching food with hands. This is an embarrassment! The manager and owner should be incredibly upset with how this location runs.

    Nice clean place with good food and friendly atmosphere. I just think they are always understaffed or are training new people. I know they are busy at meal times especially, but when my son gets an hour break and works three minutes down the street we shouldn't have to wait so long after we order to where he's left with only about 35 minutes left to eat and get back. That means it took them roughly 20 minutes to make our food once we ordered it. There was no one in front of us inside and two cars that had been served and long gone by then. People were just standing around looking lost! Possibly implement a better training procedure or have more staff at that time of day. If it was just once it wouldn't be so bad. But it seems to be a reoccurring theme to where we don't even consider it must times if we're in a hurry any longer. Plus the prices are a bit high for fast food, even considering inflation. Still happy to have them as an option at other times!

    This was what my Whopper looked like. Pathetic. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no mayo, and only one thin little ring of onion. My husband's Whopper looked exactly the same - so not a fluke. This is the worst Burger King we've been to, which is unfortunate because it's the most convenient location. Last time we went there, they didn't have impossible burgers (which is a regular response at this Burger King), but then they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have fries either because their fryer wasn't working. I ordered my mom an original chicken sandwich and apparently they were out of lettuce that day too because there was nothing on that sandwich. It's a shame that this is one of the newer Burger Kings. This particular store gives Burger King a bad reputation.

    Don’t waste your time or money. Employees are a joke. No management. Have been told multiple times that my food couldn’t be made because of a 120$ order ahead of me. While the employees stood in a group behind the counter laughing and smiling. The food is as bad as the service. This happened multiple times not only to me but to friends and family. Seems like a lie to not have to take orders. It won’t be open much longer.

    Worst experience ever!! Foul mouthed in front of customers!! Was told they had no chicken fries 20 minutes after ordering!! Walked up said just refund the money and walked out!!

    The drive-thru is normally pretty fast, hardly ever a line to wait in, and by the time you get to the pick-up window your food is already ready.

    This location is in my work service area so we stop here on occasion. Given raw chicken with my meal today. When I asked for a refund of my meal for eating half a piece of raw chicken (before realizing it) they only gave me the refund for that single item. Would have appreciated a full refund of the meal after throwing up afterwards.

    Pulled up waited two minutes. Another car pulled up to the right of me and within 10 seconds the order taker asked that car what they wanted. when I mentioned that they were not taking people in order of arrival She made a statement something to the effect “we’ll I’m training someone right now, so if you don’t like it, you don’t have to order anything”. I explained that I had pre-ordered on my app and had prepaid but yes I would take a refund. she stated she couldn’t refund because the store doesn’t control the online orders, so I’m out of luck . Basically, it’s like this Burger King stole my money. I drove away, losing money and time at this Hebron location. Please don’t waste your time and money . Steer clear of this Burger King
